Siesta Horse Ranch

Siesta Horse Ranch has been a wonderful home for my horse. He is always out during the day and stall clean, fresh water buckets upon return to stall. They also have regular farrier visits and vet visits but you can use anyone you would like. The owners and staff work hard to see that boarders and facility are well taken care of. I am out there several times a week and have had the opportunity to watch them work and their gator vehicle is always full of fresh hay and feed going to the stalls. Communication is great and they are always accommodating. They also don't nickle and dime you.

Our horse was taken care of very well while we were boarding at Siesta Ranch. Always had water, good amount of pasture time, clean stalls and they provided quality hay. The grounds are very peaceful and there is a covered arena. Any time I needed help, they were available.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the care our horse receives at Siesta. From day one, I’ve felt completely confident that his needs are always met. The barn and stalls are consistently clean and well-maintained, which speaks to the high standards they uphold. The staff is incredibly attentive and truly cares about the well-being of each horse. It's such a relief to know that our boy is in such good hands. Highly recommend Siesta for anyone looking for top-notch horse care! 🐴♥️🙌

This is such a nice place to board your horse. Stalls are kept VERY clean and well bedded with shavings. Water buckets are always clean. Turn out has shade trees and never muddy. Hay is top quality and the owners and barn staff are wonderful people. Covered arena is just the icing on the cake.

Love this place! It's a great facility in a tranquil setting. Stalls are well-cleaned, horses go out for most of the day (every day), and the covered arena is a big plus. The staff is knowledgeable and I can vouch that they keep a close eye on health of the horses. Lots of stuff is included that you need to pay more for elsewhere, like nighttime checks with hay, blanketing, fans, etc. Can't recommend enough!

If you care about your animals, do not board them here. This facility is not what they advertise. Board rate is increased frequently, and the owner adds additional costs for every single thing under the sun. The quality of care is subpar, with little to no routine as far as feeding, turnouts, etc on the weekends when the daughter of the owner is in charge. Frequent cases of colic that the owner tries to blame on anything other than her daughter’s lack of responsibility for caring for living animals.

UPDATE- Siesta is claiming I was evicted for reasons they will not go into here. I should post the screenshots where I was evicted for complaining about weekend care, but I will direct this to my attorney instead. The implication I caused the problem is slander and defamation. Shelly, you should consider the evidence of lackluster weekend care and your response to it in writing before slandering me over an accurate review with photos of empty troughs. You are damaging yourself by not accepting responsibility for the weekend situation, especially as several other boarders who left had identical issues to mine. Really liked the place at first until… Weekends were tough. Empty water trough on more than one occasion. Other issues but water is life. Beware.
