Wildsong Ranch

I’m so happy at Wildsong Ranch. My young OTTB and I moved here a year and a half ago and I feel so supported and cared for here. My mare loves living on a track with a herd of horses, with loads of space, shelter, and quality hay. I really appreciate how Wildsong is run; with excellent communication and care for the horses and property. Owner provided breakfasts are served with care and communication if anything is off nominal, we struggled with really "soupy" mashes previously but never here. Waters are well cared for; heated and clean. Hay is organized, tested, and served with care. The facility is clean and a culture of keeping it clean, things put in their place. Incredible practitioners work here. The environment is so supportive and has an active, welcoming community. I’m so smitten, and I haven’t even mentioned the views or calm vibe!

Wildsong Ranch is a truly special place run by competent, knowledgeable people. Having over twenty years of horse-involvement and experience of different boarding facilities during that time with my own horses, I feel very lucky to be a part of this ranch’s community. I currently have a seven year-old OTTB mare who has thrived in a paddock paradise environment. She has gained and maintained weight, has also developed her self confidence and is gaining strength. She loves being part of a herd, and while she’s on a training track that has turnover, this has never presented a problem. Instead, I feel it has benefited her in her ability to communicate with other horses, (both geldings and mares.) Her welfare and safety is well-monitored by the staff at Wildsong and with this care as well as that provided by her excellent veterinarians, farrier and body workers, she is a very happy horse.

Wildsong brings ethical equine stewardship to the foreground with its barefoot track system, 24/7 herd turnout, round the clock feed, & horses matched to herds via both shared needs & relational dynamics. Loved boarding here, still take lessons from the fantastic Hatha Equus staff, and grateful for the wonderful community it’s cultivated. Despite graduating to bringing the herd home, Wildsong continues to feel like a home away from home. Would recommend its stunning setting and deeply caring team to anyone looking for boarding, lessons, and more.

Wildsong Ranch is where my horse and I feel the safest, most loved and most supported in all our years of boarding. Having owned my gelding Handsome for 7 years, I have moved around the state and been to a few boarding facilities. I have been here for 9 months and am so happy I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to come to Wildsong. The owners Jill and Todd are great people and the barn staff are always lovely. The level of care here is high quality and everyone actually cares personally about my horse. I feel so reassured when I am out of town because I know people are looking after him. We take full advantage of Hatha Equus and their amazing trainers! I love that I am able to see multiple people even after dark at the barn because it is such a relaxing and welcoming place to be. Handsome is so happy here, they expertly integrated him into the herd and I love the track system. Handsome has gained so much confidence and somehow became even softer in personality. We love Wildsong and all the other boarders and their horses.

My horse and I both love Wildsong Ranch! Living in a herd of other horses has boosted his confidence so much. He came to me traumatized and shut down but has absolutely blossomed since moving to Wildsong into one of the friendliest horses. That’s in part due to the kind, loving humans who work and board at Wildsong and the quality of care he’s received. I’ve considered moving him to my place because it would be nice to have him right outside my window everyday but decided not to because of how well cared for and loved he is at Wildsong. It’s such a wonderful sanctuary for horses and humans <3

Wildsong Ranch is a very special place. The views of the front range are stunning from the ranch, but even their magnificence isn’t as captivating as watching the horses play, roll, and navigate their paddock paradise together. We also love being a part of the community of horse-lovers — it is a gentle, inviting, and caring community.
