Rileys Farm

I have had the pleasure of boarding my 2 horses at Riley's for the last 2 years. I have owned and boarded horses for over 30 years at different barns in FL, NC, NM, and now NH. This is by far the best barn I have been at for care, facilities, staff, and management. Linsay is fantastic at always putting the horses and their well being first. The boarders are friendly, tenured and care about their horses. The vibe is easy going with a ton of options for training/riding/driving - multiple arenas, round pens, a large field with obstacles, and tons of trails. Anne, the onsite trainer, is wonderful and does lessons of all disciplines and skillsets, as well as running fun clinics year around. The stalls all have attached turnout and the horses are able to rotate out year-around and move, which is perfect for my horses needs. Linsay also is hands on and completely trustworthy when it comes to helping out if there is an emergency, giving meds, and additional care to your horses if you can't get out there. My horses are happy and have adjusted well coming from FL - a completely different environment- because of the care and thoughtful concern from Linsay and staff. This is a really special barn where the horses are happy and adjust well, the property is stunning, and the facilities allow for horse activities year around.

Me and cocoa enjoyed our time at Riley’s farm! The owner is so kind and caring on a genuine level. I was always confident Cocoa was getting the best care possible. The amazing staff always gave there best in providing cocoa with care. I can’t say enough good things about this farm and will recommend it to anyone in the area! Due to unfortunate life events we had to move but if I am ever back in the Epping area Riley’s Farm will be the first place I look! The property is beautiful and was perfect for our semi retired speed. Riley’s Farm gets a 10/10!!

Riley's is truly amazing beautiful property and all the horses get the best care from boarding to just a short stay you will never be disappointed!

I am one of the first boarders to be a part of Riley's Farm. The facility is beautiful, from the green fields to ride in, to the 2 indoors, and amazing outdoor arena. Linsay is continuously making improvements to the farm, and has the best individualized care for an equine facility of such substantial size. The well-being of the horse is always first, and she has extensive knowledge on feed. With a background in nutrition, she has been able to help my horses achieve better body conditions than I could have imagined. She goes above and beyond, and has great attention to the care of the horses, from the most basic care to the most specialized medical attention requirements. Cannot say enough good things about this place. The horses are provided with more than enough feed and bedding at a very reasonable price for the industry.

This barn is amazing! I had the pleasure of boarding my horse there for a few years. Barn was always spotless, and the staff are very friendly. Barn owner Lindsey is wonderful to work with, and treats all the horses like her own. Having blanket changes with the ever changing New England weather was a nice bonus. Quiet barn. Indoor arena was awesome feature! Definitely recommend this barn to anyone!
