Synergist Saddles

I highly recommend Synergist Saddles. CJ provides the best customer service that I have ever encountered from any type of company that I have dealt with. She spent lots of time with me to make sure I was buying a saddle that would work for me and my horse. My saddle is absolutely beautiful! The craftsmanship and quality are even more than I expected. From the moment I saddled up and took my first ride in it, my confidence was boosted. I felt so safe and my horse was so happy to have a saddle that fit him too. Buck & I have put on many miles on my saddle and I look forward to many more. I also ordered a Supracor Saddle Pad and I feel so safe because my saddle doesn't move at all. We get hot & humid weather in Minnesota, so my horse & I both appreciate the lightweight and cooling design. Thanks CJ and team for making my life more enjoyable!!

I didn't buy my Synergist new, it's used. However; I searched for years for a saddle that fit my mustang mare. This particular Synergist saddle I have now fits like a glove. It ironically also fits my draft cross, and paint mare (all are wide and thick). I love the saddle so much that despite selling it because my mare became unrideable, I just bought it back from the latest owner across the country. It's the only saddle I've ridden in that doesn't hurt my bad knee, or my back; it's lightweight, the leather is butter soft, and even though I never believed a saddle could truly fit multiple horses, this one does. It even fits my leg length well, I'm super short. I'm smitten. Never going back from Synergist!

This past winter I bought a Synergist saddle for my hard to fit Arabian mare. I bought it for trail riding. It is the first saddle she has been comfortable with on the trail in the 5 years I’ve had her. The V rigging keeps the girth out of her armpits, and the saddle is wide enough for her extra wide body. The saddle is beautifully made, and comfortable and secure for me. CJ was very helpful with information about the saddle, which was originally built for an endurance horse and rider team. I highly recommend the Synergist Saddle people and their product!

I love my Synergist saddle! My husband and I drove to their shop to place the order. CJ gave us a tour and helped me choose the leather colors and all the trim, then made sure my measurements were right. The saddle arrived exactly on the day they promised, and my horse and I are thrilled with how comfortable it is. I used to feel sore from my old saddle after a long trail ride, but not with my Synergist saddle!

After years of saddles that fit my horse but not me, or saddles that fit me but not my horse, I have found the perfect fit for both of us with my custom Synergist saddle! CJ and Dave made a mold of my horse's back, did exacting measurements on me and created a saddle my horse and I both love. CJ kept me apprised of the progress on my saddle as Dave was making it, notified my of shipment dates and answered all of my questions both in person and over the phone. The customer service from Synergist is the best I have ever experienced. CJ and Dave are truly dedicated to making saddles that are comfortable for both horse and rider. I couldn't be happier with my Synergist saddle. Now, my husband is considering having a custom saddle by Synergist made for him and his horse as well!

A while back I rode in one of Synergist's English saddles and it was comfortable and helped with my back pain. So I went to try and purchase one or have one custom made from CJ/Synergist. I got a very rude response from CJ about how "they don't make English saddles anymore and also there aren't many used ones for sale so good luck with that." (?!) Even if I wanted a western or endurance saddle I wouldn't want to deaI with such an unprofessional attitude.

Poor workmanship, custom saddle doesn’t fit my horse. The saddle slips off the horse when mounting and when riding even with a very tight girth. Saddle also appeared to hurt horse’s back. Synergist Saddles do not stand behind their saddles, rude, defensive, and told me to sell it. A very expensive and regretted mistake. My opinion.
