This place is horse heaven! They live in a herd like they were designed to do. But if you need special care there is space for that too. And across the street 200+ acres of clean, well groomed trails - a slice of heaven for riders too. Love this place

Overlake Farm is an absolute gem! The location and facilities can’t be beat (borders Bridle Trails, phenomenal herd turnout!) and the owners are extremely accommodating. My guy can be a bit difficult at times, but the owners have gone above and beyond to work with us and meet our needs. The social environment is also very pleasant, as the other boarders are very supportive of each other—and always up for a group trail ride! We were very lucky to find this place, and I highly recommend them to anybody in the Seattle area!

Incredible property with access to Bridle Trails State Park. I've been boarding here since Oct 2021. My horse lives in the 30 acre pasture in the herd and he is really living his best life. Owners and staff are so attentive and knowledgeable. The location definitely can't be beat either!

I've boarded my two horses there for the last 4 years and love the friendly atmosphere and they are always willing to accommodate the needs doe your horse of say they get injured. Us tons of boarding options from stalls, paddocks, dry lots and being in the herd.

Revising previous review- while the location can't be beat, you'll pay top dollar ($700+/mo) for what is essentially pasture board.
