The Linc Apartments

Just toured the LINC with my friends and we were blown away by this property! Brooklyn did a fantastic job with the tour. She had a very energetic vibe and gave us a detailed walkthrough of the room tour and all the amenities. All in all a great experience.

Ula is amazing and a true asset to the LINC office. As a resident, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences working with her. She is always kind, patient, and supportive, and she genuinely cares about the people who live here. Ula takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and goes above and beyond to help whenever needed. Her professionalism and compassion make a big difference, and I’m very grateful for all of the support she’s given me. Thank you, Ula, for everything you do!

I took a tour here and Ula was a great help! She was super nice and answered all of my questions with honesty. The other office ladies that I talked to briefly were super great as well! The whole complex is super nice as well and they know how to keep the lobby and office building clean and organized.

Nick wasmy tour guide and he was easygoing answered my thousands of questions regarding my apartment inquiries swiftly. He and other women office personnel also guided me through filling out my information on the application site and they were kind and generous and patient with their time. I enjoy living at the Linc Apartments. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming, providing quick and attentive service. I highly recommend this place, especially since it's close to campus — just about a five to ten minute bus ride! Nick and Ula at the front desk are very friendly and welcoming!
