This is an amazing apartment! Reasonable prices and the staff are the nicest on campus. They always hold nice events here and seem to really care about their residents

Comfortable rooms and quite, peaceful neighbourhood. Lived in the Cloverhurst 4B4B furnished for 1 semester with 3 friends. Maintainence staff are quick, knowledgable and friendly. Package reception at front desk is well managed.

Not really friendly place. 1. Run out of hot water during the winter storm. 2. Heating facility on 2nd and 3rd floor interfere with each other. Heats go up to 90F at night. 3. Aggressively toll visitor's car while providing very limited guest parking spots.

Used to be called "The Retreat" but they’ve since rebranded. If you’re considering living here, do yourself a favor and look up the old name on UIUC Reddit or even just Google it. You’ll see plenty of posts about past shootings, terrible management, and other issues. The townhomes might look nice at first, but they’re cheaply built you can hear literally everything your neighbors are doing. And that "gated community" they advertise? The gate is broken more often than it works.

I’d definitely recommend staying at the retreat! I’ve lived here for the past year and a half and I have only good things to say. The clubhouse stays very clean and I love the mail/package system and I don’t have to worry about my packages getting stolen. The management is very nice and understanding. If we have concerns they make sure to hear us out.

Absolutely love it here. Rent is manageable but you also get so many amenities. Staff is really nice and always there to help. I would definitely recommend if you’re new into getting an apartment as a university student. The community is quiet and there are many bus stops around. Wished I stayed here my junior year

Last year everything was fine except the pool wasn’t working. This year they have really improved everything!
