Holiday Inn Express & Suites Urbana-Champaign (U of I Area) by IHG

Todo muy limpio y bonito pero un problema vine adescansar y no dejan dormir no ponen orden no e podido dormir de solo estar escuchando como brincan y corren los de arriba 😴😟😡 son las 10:30 y aún no me dejan dormir

Overall we had a great experience at this hotel. We have found that IHG properties have been pretty pricey but this particular one was a great value. Great front desk staff (Noah was very professional) and the room was updated and very clean. Properties could use an update with having some USB-C ports but otherwise everything else was great!

Locks don't work on the doors, so the only option is the latch lock. Then house keeping started knocking on our door at 9:30am, when we were trying to catch up on sleep. What is the deal with that? Besides those things, hotel was nice and good for a Holiday Inn Express. Front desk was really nice.

My wife and I took a trip with our granddaughter and stayed overnight at this HI Express. Very nice hotel, located just off the highway, so easy access. First of all I want to say that this hotel was well maintained, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast had a good variety of items to choose from.||But what made this HI Express special is its General Manager and staff. Without sharing a long story I just want to say that I experienced their generosity and caring first hand. They really care about guests having a great experience. So I would recommend staying at this HI if you are ever in the area. GM Kevin and his staff will provide a great experience!!

I travel frequently for work, and there are only two hotel chains I choose to stay at. One of those two is Holiday Inn Express. The Urbana location is an incredible example of going beyond the brand. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Breakfast is on point every morning. Pool and hot tub are always operating and clean. Rooms are clean and ready to go for check-in. If you're traveling for business or pleasure, this is the spot in Champaign County.

Place was excellent. Everything went great, from checking into the room to checking out the next day. Room looked excellent, with everything you'd would need. Plenty of pillows and a tv that works and has a great picture. Highly Recommend 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
