For the price, you can't beat it. Front desk personnel are friendly and will quickly get you checked in and into your room. During my two stays at this Sleep Inn location, the bed was clean in the shower, which I do like the walk-ins they have there, are clean. The floors were vacuumed and free of debris. The rooms are quiet and never had an issue with noise. If you're looking for an affordable place, where the rooms are well kept and clean, I would definitely recommend staying at this property! Keep up the great work!

Positive: The room was pretty clean, and the carpet wasn't nasty. Room didn't smell funky. The heater was quiet and didn't keep me awake. Typical breakfast with plenty of choices. Close to the interstate and US 41. Negative: Stains on sheets, towels and washcloths. Microfiber sheets, slippery and icky. Soft lumpy mattress. Bathroom was surface clean but needed detail around the edges. Elevator really dirty. Sketchy neighborhood, 3 cheap motels surrounding this one.

Good hotel. A little expensive for the hotel and the area. The "Fabulosa" used in the cleaning/mopping had such a strong scent that it took over the entire lobby area and gave me allergic reactions. I resorted to holding my breath from the time I left my room until I got out the front door. The sink in my room was clogged when I got there. A man unlocked the door and walked into my room one day without knocking and I had to yell that I was in it. The room was good and clean. The sheets weren't fitted and came loose and got wrinkled up after sleeping in the bed the first night. Fridge and microwave were nice. Shower was great. Being able to open the window was a huge plus, and got enough fresh air that I was able to continue to stay there in spite of the scents. Breakfast was very good. But it didn't have any water available. I would have answered the question of it said asked for sex or gender. Since it said "how do I identify" I chose not to answer it.

After check in to this hotel for a local event. I thought it would be an enjoyable experience. But it wasn’t. Not only was smeared makeup stains and dirt stains in the bed. There was also a blood stains. After contacting management of the property for a resolution to this issue he refused to offer any help so I asked for their corporate number he then stated that he was the owner of this establishment and there was a no refund policy and will not assist in anyway. There are many hotels in walking distance or near this hotel I highly suggest choosing one of them instead of the sleep in in Terre Haute, Indiana.

When we selected this hotel, we selected it because it said it was pet friendly. As a diamond member We used our points and booked our stay. Upon arriving, the lady at the desk was extremely rude, told us they do not take pets and as private owners, they have the right to say so. I agree with that, but the hotel app needs to be updated to reflect that and the staff did not need to be so hateful and rude. My dog is a service animal and travels with me. I always ensure she is welcome before we book our stays. My parents booked there and stayed, they said the rudeness continued on for thier entire stay, but that is a review they will leave themselves. We arrived in a town that was completely booked due to the multiple events going on and was extremely lucky to find a hotel that had availability. We ended up staying at the candlewood Inn and suites downtown. I would highly recommend you book your stay there. Very nice people and beautiful clean rooms.

I had a great experience staying at Sleep Inn Hotels. The check-in process was smooth and quick, thanks to Kishore KD and the night shift staff member Abhi, who were both very helpful and professional. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, and I had a peaceful night’s stay. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience was excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
