Pear Tree Inn Terre Haute

Un lugar muy agradable, el personal muy amable, me encantó mi estadía ahí.

It is a nice hotel, great location, and very clean. The beds were made well with clean linens and towels were very fresh. The rooms are a little on the smaller side (at least my room, maybe they have larger ones?) but it was perfect for our short trip to the area. There was still room to work and relax without being on the bed since there’s also chairs in the room. Very clean, and super friendly staff! I love how it’s right by a nice gas station and Starbucks is right across the street!

This was a clean, comfortable, spacious room for a reasonable price. Despite its location so close to I-70, the only sounds I heard in the room was the HVAC clicking on and off. Staff was friendly and efficient. Check-in was easy. Bed was firm and comfortable; variety of pillows offered different firmnesses. Hotel offers a very basic breakfast, cereal and yogurt and such, not much for you if you have any dietary restrictions. But it was a good enough start to my day. I'd 100% stay here again.

Very clean room, very nice staff, comfortable bed. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was just okay...they had waffles, bagels, toast, muffins, cereal, but no eggs or meat. The bagels were good and fresh. The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Good place. Clean. Excellent late night check-in with a wonderfully helpful and cheery person. They do allow pets for a $40 charge, which is higher than most roadside hotels, but the room rate was excellent and made up the difference. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean but the tile grout around the tub was at that point that at home I would have gotten grout cleaner out by now -- not bad enough to be gross but needs attention.

Wife and I are stayed here two nights for our brothers wedding nearby. Here is what I can say, what I am looking for SAFE, CLEAN, and COMFORTABLE. This hits all of those checkmarks plus being right off the highway for location convenience. I had a room opposite side of the highway so it was quiet. The bed was comfort soft and clean! The room was clean without sticky floors or anything gross. The room is dated and needs some upgrades, but I am talking about minor stuff. It was not falling apart. The building is very secure and locked entry which I prefer! I was attended by Holly at the front desk. She was awesome and made offers to me that exceeded my expectations. How thankful I was to be served as an honored guest in their establishment. This is more rare and I take note of stuff like that. The breakfast offered has no hot food which I knew prior to staying there but I really don’t care. I am good with cereal, bagel, and coffee. There is a popcorn machine there too. I love popcorn! This place will not break your wallet! So if you like the simple pleasures and okay without top of the line facilities GO HERE.

Angela was there to greet me and check me in. Christina was there in the morning. She set up a great breakfast and did a great job of restocking and accommodating all patrons with what they needed. Highly recommend this place for your next stay in Terre Haute. My wife checked the reviews and they had great reviews. A friend of mine's wife passed away so my wife had to get me a hotel at the spur of the moment. Glad she chose this place for me. Friendly people to include the staff cleaning the rooms. Even they took the time to greet me as I walked up the hall. Very caring, professional and accommodating crew. Genuinely care about each customer. Wish this place nothing but the best.
