Central Park Apartments

Me alojé durante dos meses y son apartamentos con lo justo y necesario para una duración corta de tiempo (cama grande, baño privado, pequeña cocina con mininevera y escritorio) con una buena ubicación (a 1-2 minutos de una parada de metro de las líneas B y C y al lado de Central Park). Por contra, la equipación del apartamento es muy básica y antigua, es frecuente que haya alguna cosa rota y hay veces que en las cercanías del apartamento se pone algún borracho/drogado. El precio es elevado para lo que se ofrece (pero también todo Nueva York es caro). En general, para un periodo corto de tiempo es cómodo y está muy bien ubicado.

Me encantó el lugar. Está muy bien ubicado y el Sr. Gabriel fue muy atento y amable. Mi apartamento tenía el baño nuevo y los artefactos de la cocina funcionaban ok y también eran nuevos. Es verdad que tardan como 3 meses en devolver el depósito de garantía pero hay que estar tranquilo porque lo devuelven.

Residencia

The weekly cleaner named Maria is a super nice person, she works hard and done cleaning very well. I love her style of service and this is one of the most thing I love when I live here.

At first I loved it great place to crash had to stay in new york for a while. I woke up one morning to find a mouse digging through my trash it jumped out and ran under the fridge. I killed it, told them about it and they blamed me of course wasn't surprised. Since no one did anything about i took care of it myself found a hole under the refrigerator no only that under the refrigerator and there was a huge space underneath the sink it was disgusting you can tell it hadn't been clean for a while . During my stay I saw a couple of more mice running around i killed a couple. They should of really closed the holes in that room i feel bad for the person who is in there now.

Stayed few nights with friend, had room with own bathroom and kitchenette area. Great place to stay, plus having subway acsess, grocer, cafe and Central Park all right there in little walking distance. Definitely would stay time and time again.

I was here for 5 months (from april to august). Now, it's been 3 months after I left and I'm still strugling to get my deposit back (no response to emails). I wouldn't advice anyone to rent in this place, you'll never get back your initial deposit (which is usually a month rent ~1500$), and it sounds like a fraud ..
