Jess is amazing!! She's extremely helpful and personable, she really cared about us and wanted us to have a good experience, and she took the time to explain all the great opportunities that come with living in the Sendero Gateway community. She showed us a couple different layouts, all the amenities, and since she's a resident she was able to offer us insight into the benefits and perks of being a resident there. We loved working with her! We had another walk through at another complex, but ultimately we decided to move into Sendero because of how enthusiastic and helpful Jess is. We're excited for our new home! Thank you Jess!!

Lived here for two years and absolutely loved it!! I felt super safe in this neighborhood, everyone from residents to staff were very friendly, the maintenance staff was always responsive and handled things quickly, the inside of the units were clean and of course there are gorgeous views from the building. Really not one bad thing to say about my experience here. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful property that is very well kept. The office staff are always very helpful and quick to respond. They seem to go the extra mile to ensure the tenants are taken care of. The maintenance crew is in a league of their own with their vast knowledge of how to repair most anything from electric issues to an unplanned plumbing problem and are always very professional. I highly recommend Sendero Gateway!

Living in SENDERO Gateway apartments is such a peaceful way of living . I've been living here for almost 2 years. The community is great, there is always a friendly face to say good morning too. Management and Maintenance are quick to respond to my maintenance emergencies .They took care of my washer issue right away. Whenever I have a concern about my unit they take care of it right away. Maintenance crew are excellent very respectful and helpful. Thank you SENDERO Gateway apartment Management for doing such a great job.

Avoid This Place at All Costs If you value peace, safety, and cleanliness, look elsewhere. This place is a complete nightmare disguised as "luxury" living -- and the rent is laughably high considering the hell you're signing up for. There is zero sound insulation. You'll hear every stomp, yell, door slam, and argument from your neighbors like they're in your living room. Good luck getting any rest if you work from home, have kids, or just want some damn quiet. The parking situation is a joke. There's never enough of it, and neighbors hoard spots for months without moving their cars -- like they own them. Management does absolutely nothing to enforce rules or even pretend they care. Meanwhile, you're circling the lot hoping someone moves their rusted-out SUV that hasn't budged since last season. Security? Doesn't exist. Property gets stolen or vandalized regularly. My car was broken into and nothing was done. Trash is constantly overflowing, the hallways are filthy, and to top it all off -- there's dog waste in the common areas and even inside the building. Yes, inside. Worse yet, there's a clearly unstable, deranged person living in the building who has made people feel genuinely unsafe. My family is nervous every time they have to walk in or out -- especially at night. It's terrifying not knowing if someone unwell or aggressive will be lurking in the hallway. This isn't just uncomfortable -- it's dangerous. And management? Totally indifferent. Opening a window for fresh air is impossible because a neighbor smokes weed all day and night. The smell floods into your unit and lingers. Management knows. They don't care. They never do. This place feels completely neglected and mismanaged. For the amount of money they're charging, you'd expect basic livability, safety, and professionalism. Instead, you get stress, noise, filth, fear, and total indifference from the people in charge. Absolutely not worth it. I regret every single month I spent here.
