Guesthouse On Story

This house is a fantastic space and has a great vibe! However, our experience tanked real quick with the terrible parking situation! It is not well located in terms of parking for a group event, esp when it has snowed! We were told to park at the church behind the house, only to have that lot sealed off by the tow company that is contracted with that church and conveniently charges everyone parked there $165-$280 to get our cars out! They had one of our vehicles already up on the tow truck ready to haul it off! It threw an unfortunate glitch in our event, as people had to leave that lot and couldn’t find street parking anywhere! This place could be great if no one needs a vehicle, but otherwise I would steer clear of hosting an event here!

This is the ultimate big awesome house for a trip with many guests. We had my best friend's bachelor party here and it was amazing. Each room was designed amazing and had record players, vinyl, great decoration and comfy beds. So much space to hang out in this place, a great kitchen, laundry rooms (YES! 2!). The photos don't even do it justice, it's even better. Air conditioning worked great during a hot week! Everything was clean when we got there and there were plenty of extras (linens, blankets, towels etc.). The common areas were great for hanging out with friends, listening to music and enjoying a bourbon. The place is 3 stories!!!! Even with 10 people it felt HUGE! Kitchen had all the amenities you need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. They even had coffee for us.||||Kim stopped by to give us some local spots we should visit, recommended places to eat and bars. The neighborhood was cool and close to everything we needed to do with a short Uber ride.||||We had a blast and would highly recommend it.

This place is so much more than the pictures show. Very inviting, cozy, so much room and everywhere you look there is something cool to look at. Kim & Kate aare amazing people, very helpful and so kind. Thinking about making this an annual vacation!! 15 adults, 2 teens and some pups had plenty of space and a fabulous time. I cannot say enough good things!!

Downtown Louisville. We had a gathering of friends from Illinois, Texas, Florida, Indiana and Kentucky. It has 3 floors, 7 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. Huge kitchen, a room to eat or play table games, a huge couch for watching the Superbowl. Uber eats had so many options. Kroger is 1.2 miles away.

We stayed here before my wedding and it was amazing! The house is so unique and fun. It’s central to many locations and very well kept. Highly highly recommend!

Place was so fun for a group of couples to come visit louisville and do some bourbon tasting! Plenty of space, super clean, great that every room has its own bathroom! Loved it and will stay here next time too!

What an amazing experience with great accommodations. A must see place for those who enjoy music and good times. The house was clean, well kept and very comfortable. The hosts were amazing and responsive when needed.
