TownePlace Suites by Marriott Lexington South/Hamburg Place

From the second we walked in the staff was extremely pleasant to deal with. When we got to our room we were pleasantly surprised by the size and amenities that were available in the room. For the 2 of us (mother and myself visiting my son) the one queen bed and pullout sofa bed were perfect for us. The overall look and cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and ALL the staff were extremely nice and courteous. I have stayed in quite a few Marriott brand hotels and this was by far the nicest one to date. The complementary breakfast was great. The selection of different breakfast foods was amazing and we enjoyed that very much. Overall I will definitely stay at this or another Towneplace Marriott in the future for sure. It was a great experience and I look forward to staying there again next time I am in Lexington.

I dont know if management has changed but this place has gotten awful, my recent visit was very bad, first off the staff, specifically front desk, extremely rude, they just lock themselves in that back room and act super inconvenienced anytime you need anything from, the phone line is off to call them from your room as well, so you have to walk to front desk if you need anything but 99% of the time they are locked in the back room…They’re out of everything all the garbage was overflowing everywhere . No coffee was filled no hot water to make hot cocoa Nothing. Didn’t see any house keeping during my visit…This place used to be clean and the front desk people were friendly, now it’s dirty and not attention to detail, no standards when it comes to cleaning rooms, there’s pubic hair in the bathtubs that is visible, this hotel is going downhill and fast. I would not recommend staying here. Unless they change leadership from three years ago. They’re not keeping up with anything. I literally just asked for toilet paper and they treated me like I ruined their day because they have to get off their butt. Pay more money go somewhere else this place sucks. The worst thing about this place though is a food. It’s all fake food microwaved. All the apples and fruit are so soggy. don’t recommend. This will definitely be the last visit.

Camden at the front desk was great, super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious but could have been cleaner. Breakfast was a big let down. One of the worst hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Ended up going out to breakfast everyday. Location was very convenient and the pricing was a pretty good value compared to other hotels in the area.

The hotel is clean and pretty quiet overall. The front desk is friendly. Lots of renovations going on. Great location to stores and resturaunts. The breakfast is lack luster , coffee is luke warm. Went for the premade bkfst sandwich .

Large rooms! Awesome full breakfast with cereal. Yogurt, juices, eggs, bagels, cream cheese, sausage, toast waffles, etc. large dining/TV lounge with adjoining outdoor fire pit very nice! Close to everything! Will stay again!

Once again you all exceeded our expectations!!! Our visiting guests enjoyed staying at TownePlace Suites in Hamburg, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. Despite the ongoing renovations and upgrades, which can often create a hectic atmosphere, the staff truly shone. They were exceptional in ensuring that everything our guests needed to feel right at home. Thanks for the use of your wifi ready conference room. Once again, the coffee, water, and tea was indeed a blessing. You guys are AWESOME!!! A special shout-out goes to Brooke, the general manager, who was simply amazing. Her leadership and commitment to our satisfaction is evident always. Melissa and the rest of the team were equally wonderful, showcasing hospitality that exceeded our expectations. I genuinely cannot thank them enough for their warmth and kindness during each of our visits. The location of the property is splendid, with a variety of restaurants, stores, and movie theaters all within easy reach. This convenience made the stay even more enjoyable, as we could easily explore the area without hassle. Overall, we am grateful for the fantastic partnership we have with TownePlace Suites and look forward to continuing our relationship in the future. Thank you all for making our stays so memorable and enjoyable!
