They locked me out of my room 3 times, I was there for 4 days, it smells, if you want a towel you have to bring your old one to the laundry to get a replacement. The staff is awful. There is no service what’s so ever. People are repairing their cars the parking lot. Truely red roof should not put their name on this establishment. No room service in 4 days. ||Then for 20.00 more I stayed at the Hampton Inn. What a world of difference ||There is no pride at all in this place

Positive: Location Negative: The price was far too high for the quality of the room. Shower faucet handle leaked horribly, stains on ceiling

During my previous stay I had discussion with a night desk manager about why only one particular day desk manager would charge me a $100 deposit for a room but none of the other desk managers at the same hotel did. The day desk manager had said that it wasn't at her discretion she had to charge it. Fast forward 3 months, I came back to said hotel and night manager charges no deposit for two night stay. At 5 pm on the second day of my stay the day desk manager (not a nice person) shows up at my door tells me im on "do not rent" and to leave immediately with no refund for day 2. Ive never had an issue with this hotel. Ive always been quiet and respectful, tipping housekeeping every stay and even stayed at another red roof in Florida. It's pretty obvious what happened here and people are so vindictive these days, its sad. Renting me a room for two nights then coming early the second day to tell me I was put on a "do not rent" list 3 months prior and have to leave immediately (in 17 degree weather) with no refund for the second day may constitute criminal fraud. After this incident and reading these reviews for the first time, I'm absolutely sick about the all the money given and loyalty shown to this hotel chain.

The windows are drafty, the toilet’s plastic plunger screams, and the steel bed has a lumpy, cheap mattress… and this was my second room after the power shut off in my first. But the staff is great and the facility has tons of rooms. The staff were the best part of my stay.

I’ve stayed at plenty of Red Roof Inns and usually have a great experience — but this location was a hard pass. The TV didn’t work, and after trying everything I finally realized the coax cable wasn’t even plugged in. Then I spotted nail clippings all over the carpet between the beds. Not a stray piece of lint — actual nail clippings. Housekeeping clearly took the day off. The room phone didn’t work either, so I had to use my cell to call the front desk about the TV. Meanwhile, around midnight, there was some kind of hallway/parking lot party happening — loud voices, doors slamming, people outside the windows, and the hallway smelled like a full-on weed convention. And the cherry on top: the vending machines didn’t even carry water. I went to the front desk and was given two waters for being a rewards member. I asked for two more and was told she couldn’t — so I ended up paying for them. Not exactly the hospitality vibe. For what I paid, the experience wasn’t even close to worth it. I won’t be returning to this location.

Front desk staff was good. Had two accessible rooms. Bathtubs are regular tubs with grab handles and a chair. One room smelled like a wet dog. The other the tub drain barely drained. Rooms weren’t well cleaned. Last day guy knocks on door telling us we were late leaving. He said it’s 11:15. It was 10:45. Only reason we didn’t find somewhere else is these were the only two accessible rooms in the area available at the time. I will not stay here again and I highly recommend you don’t either.
