La cama incómoda, almuada también. Nunca repararon el refrigerador. Se me congelaron mis frutas y berduras

Cumple con las caracteristicas de los hoteles de Holiday Inn. Muy cerca de la Universidad, por lo que te puedes ir caminando. Otros compañeros de la Universidad tambien estaban alojados en el mismo Hotel lo que hizo facil el convivir con ellos.

Exelente servicio, la ciudad valdría visitarla con más tiempo

This hotel was excellent. The location was great, there are lots of places to eat around there. The hotel had breakfast every morning and it was so good (biscuits and gravy was my favorite). There was a snow storm that came through and it was honestly nice to be snowed in here. The lobby had a Christmas tree in it…the vibe was just great overall. My favorite part of my room was the bed, it was so comfortable. A few things in my room needed to be looked at and the maintenance person, Dee, was great and fixed everything. Dee deserves a raise because he had a lot of jobs to do that night but he took his time making sure every issue I had was resolved. I felt safe at this hotel, which is so important. I would come here again, hands down.

The room was clean and updated. Comfortable beds and pillows. Always a must. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Great, convenient location. The only downside, which I don’t believe the staff could have predicted, was the continental breakfast one day was over crowded and the staff could not replenish effectively. At one point there was over 30 people with half standing in line for food at 9:15. Service ended at 9:30. However the staff kept the area clean and tidy. You would never have known that many people swarmed that area in 15 minutes.

We have been traveling to Kentucky from Pittsburgh twice a month for over a year. We always have a wonderful stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable and welcoming. Shout out to Terrie who always goes above and beyond-helpful, cheerful and kind every time we visit. It’s clear she takes pride in making everyone feel at home. Her upbeat, positive personality and willingness to help truly makes all the difference. We always look forward to seeing her. Terrie, thank you for making our stay extra special.
