We stayed here for nearly three weeks with pets that were fully disclosed and approved on our original reservation. There were no issues during our stay. Without warning or explanation, we were suddenly told we had to leave because of the same pets that had already been accepted. No reason was provided, and no refund was issued for the unused portion of our stay. Both management and the front desk were involved. Instead of offering clarification or a reasonable resolution, the situation was handled dismissively. The front desk employee, the employee at the front desk was particularly condescending. If a hotel advertises itself as pet-friendly and confirms pet-inclusive reservations, guests should be able to rely on that agreement. Forcing guests out after nearly three weeks with no explanation and no refund raises serious concerns about consistency and accountability.

We booked a room at Extended Stay, and honestly I hated it from the moment we got out of the car. The outside area smelled strongly of cigarettes and there were cigarette butts everywhere. When we went inside, the floors were dirty and even peeling in places. The lady at the front desk took a long time to help us and wasn’t very friendly. When we finally got to our room, I opened the door, immediately grabbed my son, and walked right back out. The room smelled moldy, the tub was disgusting and partially broken, and the lamps had stains on them. The cabinets were old, chipped, and looked very dirty. It was such a bad experience that I didn’t even bother fighting for a refund—I just wanted to leave. We will never return.

Positive: Location and staff was friendly Negative: The smoke smell was overwhelming. Went into the lobby where there is a this facility is a nonsmoking facility but the smell was so strong my wife needed to go outside while I checked in. The room either has a smoke smell or musty.

My daughter reserved this hotel for my husband and I to ta take her daughter ro a gymnastics meet, because she had to work. The room was nothing like the pictures on the website. It was passed outdated. The furniture looked like it came from the junk pile. The exhaust fan over the stove was beyond horrible. The refrigerator was nasty. The bathroom mirror had something white all around the wood frame it. When you sat on the toilet the seat would move. The bed was okay. However, I woke up around 4 because I was itching terribly. And, my arm and legs were whelped up. We asked for ice and they said they didn't have ice. We would have to use the ice trays in the refrigerator. My granddaughter said there weren't any in the fridge and was give two. One was clean the other one wasn't. My granddaughter and husband did not complain of itching. The edge of the ceiling had some kind of spot or mold. We would have checked out and got another hotel, but my daughter had already paid for the rooms and checking around for another hotel most were booked up where we needed to be close to the event. When my daughter spoke to manager about the conditions of the rooms, she said she knew the room looked like that.||||Read less

I love this place. It's central, quiet, and the rooms are nice. The room has a well-equipped kitchenette, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a reading/dining area, wardrobe, bathtub, clothes hangers with storage, a relaxing chair, and several lamps. There's complimentary breakfast for guests (pick-and-go). I wish they could make the reception area strictly smoke-free. For some reason, I kept perceiving cigarette smoke in the afternoons at the reception. All said, this is a place I'd like to come back to.
