Tactical Beards Gun Shop

Vinny and Brad are beyond professional while still being completely down to earth and approachable. From start to finish the paperwork, class, and buying process everything was seamless. They are incredibly informative and make sure not a single detail is missed. You never feel rushed or overwhelmed, just confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend Tactical Beards.

So far, so good. I think it’s important for people to understand that this is not a candy store. I’ve read a few comments where it seems some people are approaching this experience emotionally rather than realistically. This is a gun shop, and a lot is on the line from the very beginning of the process. I’m not 100% certain, but I believe staff judgment plays an important role in the process as well. There is likely liability on the establishment regarding who they deal with. There’s a time and place for small talk that shouldn’t be confused with professionalism. I’m still in the process of applying. When I was there, the line was out the door, yet Vinny went through my documents three times and did not rush submitting my paperwork, making sure nothing was missing so it could go through smoothly. You really can’t fault them for running a tight ship. If you take emotion out of the equation, it’s easy to understand why they operate the way they do. I’d also say I’m fairly observant. I noticed that every staff member knew their role, and despite how busy it was, they were professional and genuinely engaged. Again, So Far So Good!

I had a fantastic experience at this gun shop. The staff were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on safety and responsible ownership. They took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through different firearm options, and never made me feel rushed or pressured to buy. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and stocked with a solid selection of firearms, ammunition, accessories, and maintenance gear. Prices were fair, and they even offered helpful guidance on training resources and proper storage solutions. Whether you’re a first-time buyer or an experienced firearm owner, this shop treats everyone with respect and professionalism. Highly recommended for anyone looking for expert advice and a welcoming environment.

Vinny and Brad are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. The entire process; from paperwork to class to purchase was smooth and thorough. They don’t miss a single detail and make sure you fully understand everything. Top-tier experience all around. Tactical Beards sets the standard.

Tactical Beards has been the best experience I’ve had. Everyone there is incredibly professional, genuinely passionate about what they do, and extremely knowledgeable. Whenever I’ve inquired about firearms, they’ve taken the time to ensure I fully understand what I’m looking at and feel confident in my choices. The concealed carry class was outstanding. I learned so much and now feel much more comfortable handling a firearm. If you ever feel unsure about something, Vinny, Anthony, and Brad along with the rest of the staff are amazing at breaking things down, demonstrating clearly, and making sure you fully understand what you need to know. What could have been a stressful process was completely stress-free thanks to the entire team. I couldn’t recommend Breaded Tactical more highly.

My name is Steve. I went to the gun shop and applied for a concealed carry permit and I took their class Saturday and Sunday. What I wanna say is Vince is a professional And his whole team that works with him they were Great it was educational and informing so all I can say is great things about this team. No one told me to write this. I normally never do this, but I thought it was an incredible experience again thank you.

Vinny, Brad and Anthony are all excellent instructors. They helped me through the concealed CCW permit process in NYC which is arguably the most stringent process of all 50 states. Vinny especially is incredibly helpful when it comes to submitting paperwork and ensuring everything is put together properly with no errors. As far as the shop goes: the selection is great, and they ensure everything you walk out of the store with is compliant for a civilian in NYC - not to mention more options for LEO’s. After a full weekend course with them, I can provably say from experience that they’re true to their mission of arming law abiding citizens and creating a safer environment for all of us to live in. They just passed 10,000 applicants approved for CCW in NY since the Bruen decision. They’re doing the work to create a polite and armed society here at home. I’m grateful to have true 2A believers in "my backyard" that have helped me get through an arduous process with city legislators that don’t want "the good guys" to be armed. If you’re on the fence with this stuff, I can’t recommend the guys (and gals) at Tactical Beards highly enough. Check them out in person and see for yourself.
