Rinkor Rare Coins, LLC

I came in on a really busy day and I had a "silver" necklace that wasn't silver and the thing I like about this place is they don't make you feel bad about bringing in a fake. It was marked 925 and I had trouble with a couple other pieces I got from an estate sale. I would be mortified at other places because I have had a shop treat me like I was conning them but this was years and years ago and maybe I read into it too much but here they are really chill and understand and they don't act bothered by running the tests. One thing that is good to mention is to have your silver with the 925 on it. If it is not marked they won't test it. I understand completely because they would be testing all day if you could bring in a bunch of items not marked. Jeramy was my sales agent and he is really chill. They also pay a fair amount and in my opinion I am always surprised by the total I get back. At a pawn shop you get almost nothing for the gold so this place will always be my go to. I like the people here and the exchange. Today's gold mining is thrifting so if you can score a deal then you can turn a profit here. Thank you Rinkor! Silver is at an all time high right now so they are busy busy busy. It is nice to experience history with the prices of the precious metals. Hope it lasts until I score my next treasure🤩

This is the trusted spot! In comparison to a few places around town that I’ve gone to, Rinkor Rare Coins was by far the most honest, knowledgeable, efficient and highest payout in Santa Rosa and surrounding areas. Extra shout out to Barbara for being trustworthy, patient and fun to work with. Looking forward to doing more business with you in the future!

Such a great experience. Barbara was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and made the process so easy, pleasant and informative. I was very pleased with the outcome. I brought in some gold and coins and their pricing was more than what my other estimate was from another source. I will definitely do business with them again.

Rinkor is a great place to buy and sell precious metals. Great service, personalities, and professional. Barbara is knowledgeable and helpful as I went through my learning curve in the last 6 or more years. This is my go to coin shop.

I travel to Santa Rosa often and was hoping to form a solid business relationship with Rinkor Coin. They seem professional and offer fair prices on scrap gold and silver. They DO NOT pay what they claim. They play games. They will put your 14K in with the 10K. They will give you back perfectly good items. I am stumped trying to guess whether they are dishonest, incompetent, or both. At this point, I have to assume a little of both. Customer service is LOUSY!! I wouldn't attempt to do business there again, after several well intentioned attempts.

Alan was great. Took the time to check each individual coin I brought in and was very knowledgeable & if he wasn’t he made sure to check multiple reference books to verify value. I would recommend Rinkor rare coins above anyone else. This is the place to go if you’re buying or selling.

Good people and good price to sell my silver. Super easy to sell. Would highly recommend and will be back soon. Thanks Rinkor!
