I’ve been looking for a place to sell my jewelry. I went to sell some jewelry that had some not so pleasant memories attached to them. Amber was super kind, friendly, and helpful! This store used to be good, buying and selling close to market price. Now they are buying back 1 oz American eagle gold coins I bought from them $81 LESS than market price, I had forgotten my ID, so I didn't sell, thank God for that! I am now looking for a new business, because they have lost mine! Plus, a few months ago, they sold me these very same coins for much higher than market price. The staff is also kind of snobbish. Prior their now cheating practices,I had been there several times, but this one lady acts like she's never seen me before. BYE BYE congressional jewelry and coin!!!

I had a wonderful visit to Congressional Jewelry/Coins. I was help by a Very nice Young Woman named Emily & she helped make my visit pleasant, satisfying & fulfilling. I got the most I know for my Silver from Congressional bkuz I've been an avid coin collector for many years & I know who is trying to scam & cheat & who is not. They paid me no less than $1 under spot price & no more that $2.50 under spot price. That’s the fairest price you will ever get anywhere in these days & times w/o the hassle of sending them off to people who will treat you fair & waiting on the process. Amber did a great job assessing my coins, explaining as she did so what I had and what amount was offered for each type. I would definitely do business with these folks again. The process was easy and payment was made to me right away. Not sure their policy on dollar amount, so check with them if your item is highly valuable. They are currently in reduced summer hours, so go prepared to wait. Bring a book, or have a pleasant conversation with others who are waiting. Enjoy your seat and a complementary cold or hot beverage.
