Me encanto super Amable ,,,peroooo agregar que compre un anillo para mi hija pero 3 semanas depues se quebro osea 3 semas despues eso no esta bien .Regrese y lo ban areglar dijeron aun no lo resivo esta con ellos en repacion

So I came in yesterday looking to buy my dream gun the 1911 45 acp and he made the whole purchase very easy he took his time on helping me then I got to take my dream gun home the same day when I got home I was loading all the clips for it and making sure everything worked as it should then I noticed that 2 of the clips where not working for it and I looked. At them they were to short and the wrong brand so I took it back to them and the same guy was there he took a look at them and spent time trying to find ones that would fit it and couldn’t find anything so he gave me 25$ cash back and gave me a free holster for it as well thank you so much for all your help and time I love this pawn shop and always will come back I highly recommend them over any other pawn shop in rock hill I never get the same experience at other pawn shops that I get here with them every single time I come here every one is so friendly always willing to work with you and do the best they can do for you I feel like they go above and beyond to help their costumer and treat them all like family if I could give a 100 star review I definitely would give it to them other pawns would never do the same thing as them I never get treated with respect from other pawns and always some kind of issue but not here with these guys I have a bunch of respect for them

Brought in a cheap little pistol and I got the money that I needed for it. Service was prompt and I got the cash quick. I take off one star because the professionalism was lackluster. Guy that was selling it to me was much more interested in talking to his buddies behind the counter rather than engaging with the customer.

Worse pawn experience ever, tried to pick up my stuff twice to find store closed early an next day didn't open at all. Store did not even try to make amends for time I spent chasing after my goods guy was disrespectfully an unwilling to even care about my wasted time, offered nothing to make up for my wasted time,I think time is the most valuable thing in this life and I feel robbed of that valuable product. It's was stolen from me!!!!
