Papé Kenworth

Walked in with a legitimate question about how to best fix a problem on my Peterbilt. After waiting patiently for 10 minutes, the guy behind the desk asked me what I wanted as if I were a nuisance. Zero customer service interest. Zero concern for what I was there to try to sort out. Treated me like a moron. Rest assured, I will not trouble them further.

I bring my truck there 20 December to diagnostic check to check engine light. Usually for diagnostic price is $300 max everywhere. But they don’t asking me and they take off some parts . Also they don’t called me and after 1 week I called asked what’s issue of truck they told me need to doc replace and I said I don’t need that but they gave huge amount of invoice only check for diagnostic check. They don’t care customers have enough money or not to replace that . I got my truck from there after 2 weeks and there is still check engine light on . I will never come again and don’t recommend there !

Excellent service! Had an airleak on my trailer, and they had air leak found and fixed in about a hour, with no wait!

Going to a kenworth shop is like going to a candy store ! Beautiful trucks from all jobs in trucking. Like a lot of business under staffing. One way to look at any business. There are times many people want there service done yesterday. A businesses cannot afford to keep to many employees on to have standing around with no work. So finding that happy neutral spot nearly impossible. Then again you can only work on trucks with the space you have to work in...

The technicians are very knowledgeable and out of their way helpful even if they aren't working on your iron. Parts and hose making side are knowledgeable and efficient even when faced with minimal information about Parts the customer is looking for. The equipment rental side is exactly what's advertised. No hidden fees. You get exactly what you pay for and they are helpful and courteous from placing the order for rental, to delivery and pickup. The entire place is well ran and would highly recommend!

Please save yourself the hassle and do not go. Customer service is nonexistent. Don’t expect to be given a phone call in a timely manner at any stage during the repair of your truck. I had to drive to the store to get any answers and when I tried to get solutions it was suggested that I put in a whole new transmission even though the truck operated normally on the drive in. When I went back to pick up the truck the guy behind the service counter had no interest in getting the bill together to get my on my way at 9pm. I had to threaten to leave without paying in order to get anything done. I haven’t been here in 3 years since I switched from kenworth to international. I switched because the service here was awful and it’s nice to know I made the right decision. I thought pape might be able to turn this place around but it hasen’t happened yet.

Our experience with Kenworth in Marysville, was not what we expected. We did not read the reviews😟 Back brakes on our tow truck needed replacing. Kenworth=Big trucks, fast turn around!! Not so at this place! Handed over the rig on the 28th did not get it back til the 16th of the next month. There was no urgency or coaxing that would budge these people into anything but a snail's pace. Went up the chain of command to no avail (all were vacationing?) And to top it off 4 days after picking up the truck, paid in full. We receive a call letting us know that we owed an additional amount. We had paid the amount on the invoice. They created another invoice after it was paid. And it had calculated an additional amount. What kind of company does that?
