I've dealt with this location, since I've moved here. My kids were in elementary. I would always be in there purchasing a tv or game console, or game accessories, when I was into dad's, he had the largest and best selections! Also the owner is a good guy!

I have been in here twice and I have no interest in going back. The first time, I was interested in potentially purchasing a piece of jewelry. No one greeted me, I stood around the counters for almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to offer assistance. Then when an employee finally did, he wasn’t very friendly. It wasn’t a great first impression but I decided to give them another shot. The second time, I went in with the intention to sell some jewelry items. Again, I stood at the counter (where 2 employees were sitting behind,) waiting for assistance, this time while the employees chatted amongst themselves. When they finally decided they were done chatting and one of the women put her attention on me, she was not friendly or welcoming at all. She was very curt and acted like having to appraise my items was a bother. She also said they don’t buy or sell the items I was interested in selling. Meanwhile, they had several similar items on display for sell…. Which I thought was odd, but that’s beside the point. Both experiences had unfriendly, unwelcoming, & unpleasant customer service. I won’t be going back.

Great variety of merchandise. Beautiful jewelry, I found the perfect gift. The employees were helpful and knowledgeable. I will return for my next jewelry purchase.

I HIGHLY recommend the jewelry shop for any cleaning, sizing, resizing, or repair needs! I just took my fiancé's ring in to be shrunk down ¾ a size, and suffice to say, it was borderline perfect. They did a phenomenal job, you can't even notice the weld marks. Everyone there have worked in professional jewelry and knows what they are doing. On top of all that, it was done and ready for pick up the SAME DAY! They polished and cleaned it for free and the resizing was only $25 total! Overall, from what bad comments ive seen, they have no validity, for 9 times out of 10, if you aproach someone with kindness and respect, you will get the same for your business in return. It was a wonderful business exchange and we will be back for more jewelry needs!

Bought a beautiful esp ltd ec 256 guitar here. Everyone was helpful. I cannot put this guitar down. Sounds amazing looks gorgeous and so easy to play. I have to say they have alot to choose from in electric and acoustic. I was treated like a valued customer. I have to say they have quality not junk. I will stop back in there forsure. I have a eye on a acoustic that sounds so sweet. Do yourself a favor and try these guys and gals out. You will be glad you did, bought guitar and case, amp, strap and guitar cord. After visiting another pawn shop in town, and being treated as if I didn’t know what the value of my jewelry that I came in with was, I visited Lynchburg Pawn and let me just say, I will never patronize another pawn shop in Lynchburg other than Lynchburg Pawn. The customer service, kindness and consideration for my jewelry, and what I was looking to do, is unsurpassed. Sean and Jim went out of their way to make sure I was treated respectfully and that I left there with EXACTLY what I have envisioned. I was given incredibly good value for the pieces I brought in, to trade towards another beautiful upgrade AND had my original, nearly flawless diamond placed in the new set. I can barely contain my happiness!!

I have shopped there for many years, great staff and selection. Wes is very knowledgeable and has been very honest and fair to work with.
