Super disappointing experience with them. Went in looking for a gold chain. Had someone recommend this place to me on the jupiter locals page. Woman was not helpful or nice. She seemed inconvenienced by my presence. Not friendly. Why do all the older female employees like her hate younger women? Don't recommend and would not return if it was the last jewlery store on the planet.

Had an unfortunate situation with my engagement ring (that was not their fault). Sue turned the situation around and was patient with my concerns and explained in detail what was needed to "repair" my ring. It turned out amazing and we will continue to be long term customers of Jupiter Jewelry. Thank you you to the entire team!

Could not recommend Jupiter Jewelry enough! The knowledge and expertise and also patience and kindness of Valerie and the rest of the team is above and beyond. My husband bought my engagement ring from here and the experience was so great that this is now the only jewelry place we go to. Bonus is that they even loved on our dog the last time we were in there. Wish I could give them 10 stars!

Great inventory; and wonderful staff. They are extremely helpful and will do whatever is needed to meed your needs. I had a very special pendant made for my wife's birthday. Not only did they do a perfect job, they completed it earlier than they quoted. I am very happy that I found them and will continue to use them in the future. Give them a try; you won't be disappointed.

Amazing service. I brought in two necklaces that were tangled in a wicked knot. Both Valarie and Sharon were eager and so sweet to help me. The knot was so intense I figured it would take a couple days to get it out. Nope! 2 hours max & insisted insisted it to be free of charge. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely ecstatic! My husband chose here to pick out our 10 year marriage anniversary gift. *It is the white gold and diamond band that was added to my set* Sue was fabulous - very knowledgeable and helpful! 10/10 highly recommend! They sell brand name jewelry as well as their own hand made pieces. While I was pending my ring to be resized, bought myself an alligator necklace (That was casted by Jupiter Jewelry - my new ring was made by them as well!) LOVE LOVE LOVE!
