Great family business. I did a lot of research on where to get a aftermarket tow hitch done. Especially for my BMW X3 M40i as the factory OEM isn’t cheap. Cannons didn’t disappoint. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and trustworthy. First class work done. Highly recommend them to get the job done.

I own a trailer company here in Jacksonville, and any time someone asks where to go for a fifth wheel installation, hitch work, or any kind of reliable welding, this is the only place I recommend. Travis and his team are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and take real pride in their work. They’ve always gone above and beyond to make sure everything is done right the first time. I wouldn’t trust anyone else for my hitching or welding needs!

After some research on Google, this was the place recommended for installing a hitch on my car. I liked the idea of supporting a local family own business rather than u-haul or other large company. When I first called, the woman who answered the phone gave me some prices and there prices were definitely a little better than I had seen in the area. I wanted a hitch that had more of a hidden/factory style look to it and didnt want to see anything other than the hitch receiver from the back side of the car. This was a little more than the basic style economy hitch but im very happy with the look and the installation. The waiting area is comfortable and there is water and coffee available. I did set an appointment and it was just under 90 minutes to be in and out of there. I highly recommend them for any hitch installation or welding needs you may have.

We needed a new hitch coupler and Travis found one in stock and set it aside for us. They even carried it to the truck for me😊. They were all very nice and professional. The store and restroom is very clean. If you are in need of a hitch or hitch part I would recommend you checking this place.
