Rockler Woodworking and Hardware - Frisco

if you like the color blue and woodworking, ROCKLER woodworking hardware is the place for you. as a Minnesota base company they have three locations in the DFW area. This is one of the larger ones. It is quite nice. The staff is very friendly and quite knowledgeable. For a long time they’ve had the highest selection of hinges and would available to the general consumer, especially on the weekends, please note the wood is a little higher than a regular hardwood dealer, but the selection is superb and most is readily available for pick up especially for small projects. They have quite a selection of power tools ready for pick up and also Cary Festool.

We have taken a couple of classes as a family at this location and both were fantastic! They are so knowledgeable and friendly. We are already looking for our next class! They are also very helpful when I buy products there. Great people and great products!

Great store for woodworkers and DIYers. They carry high-quality supplies, woodworking tools, and they also offer classes for all skill levels. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough great things about this store and the people who work there. I went in a few days ago in desperate need of a built in dust collection system for a combination workbench and table saw outfeed I was building and I had no idea how to put together a system that would work with my workbench. Along comes Chuck to the rescue, if not for him I don't think I could have made this. Chuck totally saved the day and I can't say thank you enough. They had every piece I needed, and with Chucks knowledge we were able to put together a great system for both of my saws at an affordable price. Thanks so much guys!!!

One of the best woodworking stores I have seen. Well stocked and the help is very always helpful, especially the manager David.

This is a nice store for woodworking, finishing, and other workshop related shenanigans. The staff is helpful, they have many domestic and exotic hardwoods, and so many tools. If you're not careful, you could spend all of your money here on tools 🙂

I’ve been a loyal Rockler customer for over a decade, visiting various locations across the country. Unfortunately, the Frisco, Texas store consistently falls short of the high standards I’ve come to expect from Rockler. I’ve visited this location at least 10 times over the past year, and each visit has been disappointing. The employees seem uninterested in woodworking or woodworkers and show little enthusiasm for helping customers. They’re often unwilling or unable to assist with finding products and rarely provide helpful information about the specific items they carry. In other Rockler stores, I’ve experienced knowledgeable staff who share a passion for woodworking and go out of their way to assist customers. Sadly, that passion and customer service are sorely lacking in the Frisco location. I’m giving this store two stars solely because of their incredible selection. The products they carry are top-notch, as expected from Rockler, but the customer service needs serious improvement. I hope management addresses these issues because this store does not reflect the quality and commitment that Rockler is known for.
