En mi experiencia puedo decir que Elizabeth, Monique y la recepcionista jovencita si son amables en su trato. Tuve una experiencia desagradable con una persona que tambien trabaja alli no se su nombre pero me parece una falta de respeto y profesionalismo estar hablando sobre el pago o financiamiento en recepcion en voz alta y delante de los demas clentes o pacientes.Eso debe hablarse en privado. Ademas estoy un poco decepcionada ya que fui a recoger mis aparatos auditivos despues de esperar dos semanas y no son lo que yo quiero eran demasiado grandes y toscos. Dijeron que los volveran a hacer y tardaran una semana. Espero que queden bien.

Both my husband and mother-in-law saw Elizabeth to have their hearing aids cleaned. My mother-in-law can sometimes be a bit of a stinker, but Elizabeth was very patient and accommodating to them both. Thank you! We always enjoy going in cause the atmosphere in that clinic is serene and calming.

Audiologist, Macaiah, was quick to evaluate the problem I was having with my new hearing aids. She determined that the adapter on my new hearing aid was not venting adequately. She replaced it with one she thought was the proper adapter. She said my eyes ‘lit up’ when she asked me a question immediately after reinserting the device into my ear! I could hear again! Thanks to Macaiah and Yolanda, her receptionist, who gave me a timely appointment, that I could enjoy hearing again. There efforts describe the care and professional service provided by the Downey Hear USA office.

Facility staff are great no complain there. The product I purchased on the other hand. Has been a problem. They worked fine for about 3 months, it just been hell hill down to thia day. Finally I went back one last time and aked if, I could get them replace since I have already been dealing with the same issue for almost 8months now. They agree so now I'm waiting to jear back. Talk about a LEMON!!

Made an appointment and had my hearing aid cleaned. Elizabeth was courteous and friendly and promptly had my hearing aid back where it was like , hearing sharp and clear.
