Giovanni, is a car guy who knows my son's car business $$G, Street Sweeper Gang. Mary, has the coolest dog.. If you want a fair, no nonsense deal. My husband and I were looking for a special locket for our daughter for Christmas and Gold Exchange had one that was perfect! Spoke to a very nice young lady on the phone the day before went and she was kind enough to send me a picture of the three options that they had at the time. That act of customer care was over and above and one of the reasons why we will be repeat customers. She was so personable and when we met Drew the next day in store the service continued to exceed expectations. He was very knowledgeable and really made it easy to say yes. Our daughter loves the locket and the fancy crushed red velvet box that Drew put it in. I couldn't be more pleased!
