I absolutely loves these guys.. they are always so very helpful and do everything they can to help each and every customer and they make sure to great each customer that walks through the doors. They are all very friendly and make the situations for each and every individual person as stress free as possible. Ive been coming here for over 2 years and they are amazing. I would recommend them to every person i know. Thank you guys for being such amazing people.

Great experience! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Vaughn was especially knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process easy and comfortable. I received a fair price with no pressure. The shop was clean, well organized, and had a great selection. You can tell they run an honest business and truly care about their customers. I would definitely recommend this pawn shop and will be back again.

I had an excellent experience when I came in to purchase a TV. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by the entire staff, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Everyone was eager to help, which made the experience even better. The assistant manager, Josh, went above and beyond. He took his time explaining the differences between the TVs and made sure I fully understood what each feature meant. I was shopping because my son’s TV went out, and if you have a teenager, you know that creates a sense of urgency! Josh really understood my situation and helped me find a TV that was most similar to what my son was used to. They had some great deals, especially considering it was right after the Christmas holiday. Josh even helped me load the TV into my car, which I truly appreciated. Outstanding customer service all around… I will definitely be back!

Josh was extremely helpful at this location. We own a landscape business and our trimmers broke and our backup ones as well. Luckily they had exactly the pair we needed. Josh helped us get back on the job with a super smooth process, we were in and out in no time. Prices were fair and the customer service was excellent! Definitely would recommend this location!

The manager is terrible. 200$ firm offer on a 1000$ brand new arcade with 20,000 thousand games. Screaming yelling in the lobby telling me I was disrespecting her store and it’s not even her store I mean just because she’s the manager she act like she was the owner. good employees there, but she has the final say and she will rip you off. Unreasonable do not go there. She’s trying to explain to me how a pawnshop works The whole time like I’m eight years old. I’ve got offers like that. There are several times because the people there just aren’t knowledgeable at all. There might’ve been one time or maybe two or someone actually stepped in. That knew what the hell they were doing and actually gave me the right offer which was about half of what it’s worth just like pawnshops always do which is fine

Asking me about it this morning early. Bless her little heart.so im praying she hasn't lost it for i had bought her it a couple months ago.its under my sons name clifford freels.They are very curious to everyone who is in there and they are very helpful and have great attitudes while doing their jobs.i know their closed today but I was hoping they were open today but I understand that this is a holiday weekend. I'm hoping and praying 🙏 that my granddaughter hasn't lost her game that's in pawn there .the $20 payment on it should have gotten paid by my son to keep her from losing I'm not sure if he did for my granddaughter messaged me
