Nomad Farms TX

Amis hijos y ami nos encantó 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

As a new adult amateur rider I am always worried I'm doing something wrong... The trainer at Nomad, Lauren, is so patient, kind and willing to explain the "why" behind everything! Exactly what I need to keep improving. So grateful for her and her attention to detail, horse-care, cleanliness, and safety. Truly love everything here... Horses, barns, multiple arenas, trail riding paths, and especially the people! Trainer, owner, and fellow riders are all welcoming and drama free. Would absolutely recommend for new and experienced riders. My skill has improved and confidently made it to my first show with the support of an entire group of adult riders and an awesome trainer!!!

I can’t say enough positive things about Nomad Farms and their trainer, Lauren! I have been back to riding for nearly a year now after a 20+ year hiatus. From our very first text until now, I have felt welcomed and supported. Lauren understands our fears as adult riders and always finds a way to settle us. She cares about her riders as much as she cares about her horses and that is A LOT! My confidence has improved so much that even my dog listens to me now 😂. Lauren has built the most wonderful adult group that has enriched my life tremendously. Our lessons are fun, informative and versatile. Everyone at the farm is friendly and helpful. The owners are amazing and truly want the best for every rider and horse.

I brought my 6 year old here for lessons and we love being a part of this barn family! I recommend Lauren and this program every chance I get. We take lessons on their horses, haul our own horses here for lessons, participate in summer camps, and attend horse shows with them. I even started taking lessons with Lauren myself. Lauren is an incredible teacher for any level of rider. The program takes phenomenal care of their horses and facility. I trust them completely and really enjoy our time here!

I started riding at Nomad as an adult rerider and it was the best decision I ever made! Lauren is awesome and so much fun as a trainer. We have such a fun group of adults. The lesson horses are truly the best and perfect for all skill levels. When I was ready to buy my own horse, Lauren helped me find him and he is now boarded at Nomad. I love that he gets to live out in a herd and Lauren has always been so helpful with everything he needed and helping me figure everything out. Ashley (the barn owner) is the nicest person you will ever meet. 10/10 recommend for adults and kids!

We have been going to Nomad Farms for almost two years now! Lauren the trainer is amazing with my daughter. We look forward to our weekly sessions and will be showing this spring. Ashley the owner is amazing as well, we all feel part of the Nomad Farm family! Great barn and great place to learn English riding lessons.

I started boarding my mare, Nyx, at Nomad Farms in August 2023. We have loved the environment of the barn. Lauren the trainer is exceptional and always makes time to have conversations about your horse. Lauren is open minded to trying new things to make a horse happier while excelling in classic/foundational hunter-jumper training. Nomad Farms has an active show schedule but they have never made me feel pressured to go if my family schedule or finances couldn't handle it. I could go on and on about how wonderful the trainer Lauren is. But I'll sum it up, the owner, Ashley, and Lauren go above and beyond for their riders and horses. They have built a boarding and riding program that makes everyone feel at home no matter the level of their riding abilities or financial situation. Nomad Farms is what every barn should be.
