Zequestrian

We decided to join the horse riding camp with Sara and her team. It was a great experience! We had a chance to brush the horse, learn to saddle, ride, train in the arena, paint the horse, and crafts. Sara and her team are very attentive and focused on education and safety. We fully recommend Zequestrian to live out all of your horse riding dreams. Great for kids!

My 7 year old daughter did an introductory lesson in San Juan las weekend, and absolutely loved it. Her instructor, Emily, brought a ton of energy and Sara clearly runs a tight ship -- immediately after arrival, my daughter and 3 or 4 other girls were immediately leading and brushing their own horse, and in the ring shortly after. The vibe among the students was friendly, and the setting is gorgeous. Highly recommend.

A five-star experience! Sara and her team are wonderful with young children. My daughter (4) loves every second of her lessons. The instructors are patient, the horses are sweethearts, and the whole environment is very welcoming. We’re so glad we found them!

My daughter has been riding with Sara and her amazing team of assistants for a month now We started with privates and have gone on to group lessons & my daughter has loved every single minute of her time at Zequestrian Safety is their top priority and Sara & her amazing team of instructors have become like family to us in such a short time Every lesson is filled with positivity, encouragement, challenge & fun We are really so lucky to have found this place and can’t wait to see what the future holds for her Something I have personally noticed is that Sara runs a tight ship. She cares so much about the culture of the barn to create a welcoming, friendly, fun & encouraging environment & she does not keep anyone around that does not respect that. As a parent who loves my child more than anything in this world, I appreciate this very much. Thank you Sara and team for creating this special place my daughter feels safe & at her second home

My wife and I only did one lesson and was charged an agreed upon fee for the lesson for the two of us from Sara. When we went to book our next lesson, Sara called it a private lesson and charged considerably more. When we said we were fine with group lesson, which there was two of us, Sara said she didn't have any availability. As for instruction, although it was our first lesson, I was very disappointed as Sara seemed to be busy babysitting her help and telling them what to do. We did find another trainer that was considerably less and gave us a lot more instruction on the first lesson then we received. If you are new, definitely try out more than one trainer and see which one fits you best.

LOVE this team. My daughter’s been riding for a couple of months and has enjoyed every moment of it. Miss Sarah and Kayla are both energetic and welcoming, they truly care about the kids. Not to mention the incredibly accommodating schedules, which make things so much easier. We’ve found Zequestrian to be the place for us! We love everything about it, from the horse’s adorable names to the way they’re taken care of. The 30-minute drive is a small price I pay but it’s worth every penny when it's something my child is so passionate about.

My son and I started riding few months ago and we love this place! Sara and Kayla are amazing, they both great with kids and make the class so fun for us! You can feel their passion and their love for the horses. I really recommend Zequestrian if you’re interested in riding, especially for kids!
