Shoofly Farm

I am commenting on the business practices of Shoofly Farm Camps. Their policy is to allow cancellations for full refund if done so at least a week before the camp. I cancelled over 6 weeks before the camp. Jill insisted the check was in the mail. After over a month of the back and forth, I had to involve my credit card company because she never refunded my money. DO NOT register for this camp if you might need to cancel. I just received an email that she is allowing people to pay a deposit of half the price or fully prepay NOW for camp NEXT summer. Hopefully she will use that money to refund people like myself. Buyer beware.

If I could give Shoofly Farm 0 stars, I would. My children attended this camp a few summers ago and had a wonderful time. They made ice cream, played on the swings, learned about animals, etc. Because they had such a great time, I signed them up for another summer. Unfortunately, due to Covid, we were unable to attend the summer camp and I contacted the camp director (Jill) to see if we can get a refund and she responded and said that they will offer a refund. A month later and we have not received our refund. Then I emailed her again and she responded that a check should be in the mail. The summer camp was $575 per child so we paid $1150 total for our 2 boys. A month later when we did not receive our refund check, I emailed her again and no response. We are all dealing with a hard time with Covid and $1150 is alot of money for us. I am upset that Jill did not respond to my emails and seems to think that if she continues to ignore me, she won't have to refund me the $1150.

I cancelled my kids camp many weeks before the camp started. Jill, on the email, said she will refund and have not refunded for several months. I guess I will have to get my credit card company get involved as well like the other reviewer.

My 8 year old had an amazing week at camp. Loved all the farm animals and fun activities. Definitely going to be a repeat customer.

This is an amazing summer camp although safety could definitely be better. Overall super fun and would recommend for any outdoorsy kid

Best summer camp ever! My daughter loved this camp. It was worth the daily trek from Seattle.

The only place to send your kid to camp. Incredible covid safe facility and awesome staff.
