Tuskey Dressage

I highly recommend Bethany and her program. I participated in a clinic that Bethany hosted awhile back and felt like I found what I was looking for. I knew that this time around as a horse owner I wanted to do things differently. I wanted a relationship with my new horse and to ride with softness and ease. After the clinic I took him back for private lessons and later moved him to Bethany’s so that we could be in her program full time. We decided to restart him. I learned in hand work and his softness, emotional regulation and body changed quickly. We are under saddle now and he truly is a different horse! Her training style is clear and kind. She is very knowledgeable and considers the horse in all that she teaches. So grateful to have found her.

I was introduced to Tuskey Dressage a year and a half ago by a wonderful friend. I am truly astounded by Bethany's vast knowledge of horses. I have learned so much because of her, and I am excited to continue to grow through Tuskey Dressage. She has helped me step outside of comfort zones, and encouraged me in a way I never thought possible. She has even taught me knowledge that goes beyond horses. I love that Bethany and her business truly cares about the well being of horses. She teaches you about how your energy affects the horse and how to create the best bond and riding experience you can possibly have with your horse. Atohollan Farms is filled with boarders and students who support one another and encourage each other to succeed. I am so grateful for the experience that I am having at this barn and with Tuskey Dressage. Bethany and Nicole have truly created an environment that is so welcoming, and I couldn't imagine learning anywhere else!

Bethany's instruction is clear and concise. My goal was to know what it feels like to ride an advanced dressage horse in the piaffe and extended trot and Bethany made it attainable !!! Her horses Anna and Ilustre are wonderful to ride. I was able to understand the subtle differences to ride in a collected walk and sitting trot. Ilustre can also do the levade, which was the best surprise for me !!!!! I've practiced what I've learned in the collected walk and sitting trot with my horse Melody with excellent results. Thank you Bethany !!!

I was introduced to Bethany from one of her clinics at Woodland Oaks Stables. Since then I started taking lessons from her on her farm and participated in a Garrocha themed clinic. As an instructor she is very approachable; provides a calm and comfortable educational environment. I am able to take back the concepts I have learned with her lesson horses and apply them to my OTTB.

She is very talented at training her horses are gorgeous I really enjoyed the visit Dover stables is a wonderful place recording your horses what's the most updated nicest facility in the area
