Ca Horse & Pony

I’ve been taking horseback riding lessons for about a year at ca horse and pony and I love it. They make sure to put you on a great horse and make sure you have fun. All instructors are patient!

From the first phone call when I booked, I sensed a subtle tone of prejudice. Later, when I was trying to find the location, I called for help and the owner who was in the hospital responded with an attitude and even demanded that I not use my GPS,Then he proceeded to tell me I can’t help you and hung up in my face. I understand he was in the hospital, but he should’ve simply given me the direct number to the instructor. Because I didn’t have it. After I arrived 30 minutes late and only got about 35 minutes of riding instead of the full hour. The instructor wasnt as rude but I can definitely sense some racism. She was impatient, which was discouraging, especially as a first-time rider. Overall, I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome as an African American, and I won’t be returning for future lessons.

This place is the best place for horse back riding and I've only been here for 2 months and I'm already ready to start loping soon. They don't force you into anything you don't wanna do, and it's an amazing learning experience for all ages, I definitely recommend doing lessons here even if you've never rode before! They also have camps during breaks which is an amazing learning experience including activities and games, riding at least 2 times a day, and socialization, it's a very friendly environment and theirs no judgement at all! If your into horses I definitely recommend this place!

Great place for learning how to ride and care for horses.

Horse riding and lots of animals to enjoy come visit, open to the public

Easy to talk to people and that are knowledgeable about their horses. Great stock, and would recommend to friends and family.

Great people with healthy and wonderful ponies
