Gallops Saddlery

I’ve shopped occasionally over the years, and while Gallops has a nice selection, I was disappointed during my last visit. I happened to overhear someone who sounded like the owner making unkind remarks about customers, which I found quite off-putting. It’s a shame, as I had hoped for a more welcoming experience.

Good selection of riding gear and tack. Lots of horse gear for kids too!

The workers are amazing they help a lot very well put out of there tack and always keep clean a would recommend

Wonderful customer service! I drove quite a ways because I had been told of their great quality and that they had some items on sale. I bought a pair of pants from them that must have had a factory issue because they fell apart in one ride the same day I bought them! I was so disappointed. I reached out to Gallops via email with pictures and described the issue. They sent a very kind and thoughtful response and helped me replace the pants without having to drive back in. I love the new pants. It was exceptional customer service and I will be back! Plus, it’s really a beautiful store with a great selection of mid to high-end, quality clothes.

The folks at gallops are so incredibly accommodating! We went today needing "emergency" show breeches and half chaps. The gals hooked us up in short time and fine order, despite our very tall, very lanky rider. Incredible! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful shop! So helpful. They have great tech for horses but the real plus is a clothing. Even if you don't ride and you do outdoor work the clothing here is perfect. Extra long arms (for riding), great selection, wonderful patterns, lightweight long sleeve stuff for those of us who are some sun conscience. Come here to shop if you do anything outside!

My mother, sister, aunt, and many family friends have been coming here for as long as I can remember, our go to shop. You know it’s a great store when you are willing to drive over 30 miles from Washington through chaotic Portland to get to it. Thank you all very much and see you the next time I make the hike out there.
