Review: I cannot say enough great things about Lightening L Ranch! When I decided to learn to ride horses, I reached out to several facilities, but Lightening L Ranch stood out immediately. Their response was the quickest, most professional, and incredibly helpful. When I toured the facility, I was highly impressed. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by what felt like a true community of good people. The riding instructor, Diane, is absolutely amazing—she’s patient, knowledgeable, and has a genuine passion for teaching. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide on my beginner horse riding journey. The facility itself is impressive, with its clean, well-maintained grounds and the evident care and respect given to the horses. Stacy, the owner, truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is run smoothly and the horses are well cared for. I’m so grateful for the memories and experiences I’ve had at Lightening L Ranch. It’s a place I would highly recommend to anyone, whether you’re new to riding or looking to advance your skills or board your horse. It’s not just a ranch—it’s a community, and I feel lucky to have been a part of it.

Beautiful facility! Very well maintained and horses get first-class care. Stacy personally manages every aspect of each horse's care from farrier to vaccinations and always looking out for any heath issues. Three outside and one inside arenas. Footing ver well maintained in each. Stalls cleaned daily and water buckets cleaned and fill with fresh water every day. Nicest place in the OKC area.

My horses were here when the new owners took over in July - I had brought them there in April. The difference is incredible. The improvements in the physical plant are remarkable - the facility is very nice with a large indoor arena, large stalls, multiple turnouts, and outdoor arenas. The facility and stalls are immaculate! The owners are just fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and pay very close attention to the horses, and stay in close contact with me. Stacy is a great trainer as well! This is the best facility around.

This is a great barn. The staff here take great care of the horses and keep the property clean. Every one is helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend Lightening L

I could not be happier with the quality of care of both the horses and the facility. Margarita and Stacy, the owners, are extremly helpful. They are incredibly attentive of the horses. As I first time horse owner, I have been so appreciative of all the help they provide. Stacy helped recognize a long standing health issue with my horse that would have continued to go unnoticed without his watchful eye. His training and lessons are incredible. And everyone who works at the ranch is kind, helpful, and compassionate. Fantastic place!

This is The best horse boarding facility around Okc metro area. Nicest stalls, large turnout pastures, beautiful large indoor riding arena with sand mix, 3 large outside riding arenas, one dressage area outside. A lot of trail riding space. After checking most riding facilities, I brought my horse here and I couldn't be more happier. The best thing is the owners, They are super nice and they give customized services according to each individual boarder's needs. At other facilities, some might have good owners but missing a good facility, some might have good facility but can't provide all services but Lightning Ranch has it all. Stacy the owner is a horse trainer himself, he to me is a horse whisperer and also can give the riding lessons. I've had my horse here for over a month and I plan on staying here as long as I can, and I can vouch for this facility.
