Golden Sun Riding School

I’ve been helping out, working and taking lessons here for about as long as they’ve been open. I’ve even purchased my horse, Dash, from Haley and Kerry and have boarded at this facility for a while. I briefly moved Dash to a different property, but returned after I realized that Golden Sun was the best fit for both my family and Dash. After hitting a plateau at the other location, our training has progressed more than ever now that we’re back. I do not currently lesson with Haley, however I have in the past as well as observed countless of her lessons and she’s a great instructor, especially for the young ones. Golden Sun Riding School and the community that has been formed around it has completely changed my life for the better. I highly recommend.

Golden sun riding school is the place to take your young children for lessons! My daughter started at 2, she is almost 5 now. She feels totally confident in caring for and riding horses while given the age appropriate support and instruction she needs. Kerry, Haley, and Kelly are the most kind and patient instructors that treat your children like their own. I highly recommend starting your kids here!

My 3 children love taking riding lessons & going to summer camps here! My kids want to go to the farm every single day now. Mrs. Kerry has so much patience with my youngest & provides personalized lessons that fit each of my children. My kids have found their happy place, made new friends, gained confidence, learned responsibility, & it's really helped my son reduce his stress levels. So grateful to Mrs. Haley & Mrs. Kerry for opening this welcoming riding school in our community- they make you feel like family.

The best local place for horseback riding! Animals and site are clean and well cared for, truly passionate instructors and really care about the kids! Summer camp & after school programs are awesome as well. Miss Kelly is amazing with the students! 10/10 recommend.

Kerry and her team are the most wholesome and knowledgeable crew I have had the pleasure of working with. Their summer camps are informational and beyond fun. I couldn’t ask for a better group! You won’t regret working with Kerry, she is beyond phenomenal!!

My daughter attended summer camp at Golden Sun last week and had an amazing time! She was so excited about all of the animals she got to spend time with and she was very happy with the staff.

The new Golden Sun Riding School in Samsula is a wonderful place for horses and anyone who loves riding and caring for them. Riding lessons are taught by experienced riding teachers. The horses are well cared for and seem to be happy at their new home. It’s a great place to learn to ride.
