We highly recommend Sophie Shain and her horse training and sales for any and all of your horse needs. We have had horses forever and many experiences with all kinds of horse people and can say without reservation that Sophie is truly top-notch and one of the best. She is very talented, very honest, and has an innate ability to immediately understand what your horse’s needs are and also what you need from her. We used her services for the sale of one of our horses, and we were immediately on the same page. The whole process was seamless, straightforward, honest and white glove. I recently purchased a horse from Sophie Shain with WinterBrook Equestrian. It was such a wonderful experience. I had been looking for a quite some time to find exactly what I wanted. I had some pretty high expectations for my next equestrian partner and was also weary as my last time trying a horse resulted in an injury that took some time to heal from. My trainer worked with Sophie to find exactly what I was looking for and they found him. As we all know it can take some time to get past the mental block some injuries can create. Sophie took the time and worked with me to make sure the horse and I would be a good fit. Not only did she want to make sure it was a good fit for me she wanted to make sure it was a good fit for the horse as well. I can’t say many people work as hard as she does to make sure things go successfully. I was very impressed with the time and care she put into every aspect of the process and would work with her again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend working with Sophie and will definitely be working with her again in the future.

Sophie is truly one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with. In just six months, I’ve learned more than I ever thought possible. She’s given me the incredible opportunity to ride a wide range of horses across multiple disciplines, which has helped me grow so much as a rider.
