Petco

I prefer locations that have knowledgeable employees even just basic animal and pet knowledge. It’s very frustrating when they have no idea about basic things like god nail clippers for large dogs. I prefer all the best pets and mid bay, they’ve kept my dog out of the vet with their vast knowledge, and wide variety of supplements and products for my shwapards sensitive stomach thank goodness I found. Those shops because petco I and petsmarts do best by hitting g young teens that have passion for animals but no real knowledge…. But majority employees are just working like it’s a simple retail store, I prefer the educated employees at mud bay and all the best pets. Not to mention the good quality has a much higher standard for ingredients where as petco uses products like purina and we all know what their food does to pets 😞 please refrain from these chains, my dogs are healthier and the products are so quality they eat far less then they would on science diet etc, which is extremely expensive… because the quality of food ingredients and cleaner preservatives keeps my pets well and out of the vet…

My rewards were expiring and I couldn't make it into the store. I am so glad I was able to order online and use my rewards before they expired. My puppy Ruby was so excited when we got the order. It came quickly and was so easy!! Will definitely order online again!!!

Worst petco I have ever been to in my entire life. It is tiny, they only have products for cats and dogs, and a poor selection even of that. Whoever decided to put a Petco in this tiny building was out of their mind, this store is useful only for cat or dog food literally nothing else

The person working was helpful, courteous, and friendly. I found all the food I needed for my kitten and my senior cats.

Friendly staff, lots of goodies for cats, dogs etc. and we love the self-serve wash section too!

The sales person I bought litter from was the one of the best customer-facing people I have dealt with in a retail. He was helpful and he made Petco a much more desirable place to shop
