We just had my unicorn-loving daughter’s 6th birthday party here and it was truly magical! The decorations and set up they provided far exceeded my expectations and left all the guests in awe! Every nook was thoughtfully decorated and picture worthy! The vibe was cozy, rustic, and dream-like. Nothing like the overcrowded, commercialized farms in the NYC metro area. Less than an hour from the city but feels like a different world! The space is huge and includes a giant playground, big space for petting zoo, trail for unicorn rides, and amazing firepit seating for the adults! They handled every detail of the party from the moment I pulled up to when I drove away, so that even as the host I was actually able to enjoy myself. The attention and service made it feel like a luxury event. The cupcakes, desert, and cider were also delicious and beautiful. I would strongly recommend Kafka farms for a unicorn birthday party!

We hosted our daughter’s 4th birthday party at Kafka Farms and it was everything she dreamed of. The pony rides, playground, firepit, petting zoo and unicorn made it a magical day! The staff planned and coordinated the decorations, set up and food which was so helpful so we could relax and enjoy the time with friends and family. We highly recommend!

I came here with my family for some horseback riding. We had a great time. We had zero prior experience with horseback riding or horse handling in general, but Debbie and Harold explained everything to us and made us feel confident and comfortable as we rode the beautiful horses! They take really good care of the horses here! Highly recommended for both amateur and novice riders alike!

I hired a unicorn to come to our house for a birthday party. Galaxy the unicorn showed up with braided mane, bows, and glittery hooves! It was a great hit with all the kids. Thank you for helping make my daughter's dreams come true!

Had a birthday party for my 6 year old twin boys at the farm and it was wonderful! The kids had a great time and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Thanks Kafka Farms for making my boys so happy for their birthday!

We hosted our daughter's 4th birthday party here and we had a blast. The team was lovely and helped us with everything. One thing we really loved was how most everything is included in the cost: decorations, balloons, set up, cupcakes, pizza. All we had to do was pay extra for the adults' pizza, and provide any utensils/drinks/cups for adults. Keep in mind this is a working farm so best to keep an eye on any wandering little ones - there is lots for them to see with the play sets, petting zoo (the goats were really fun), and of course, the pony rides. I had a professional photographer come to the party and the owner allowed us to do family portraits just prior to the party, and then the photographer shot party photos throughout. My daughter had a lovely time and we were very grateful to have found Kafka Farms for her special day. Thank you all again!

I have ridden for years and this is the best barn I have found in NJ. Great, friendly people who genuinely love each and every one of their horses. The two rings are great- indoor and outdoor, and the stalls are roomy and clean. Highly highly recommended.
