Our experience at CRC Ranch was absolutely amazing! We opted for a two-venue setup, with our ceremony at the Villa Overlook and the reception in the Barn. Tracey played a crucial role in making this possible. Her assistance in finding fantastic vendors like our photo/video team, cake vendor, florist, and stylist was invaluable. From the planning stages right through to the rehearsal, and especially on the day of the wedding, Tracey was a tremendous help. She truly made everything less stressful for me as a bride, allowing us to focus on enjoying the day. The venue itself was ideal, and having the Airbnb on-site made things so much easier for everyone involved. The staff, including the bartenders and servers, were exceptional. A memorable moment was when my husband forgot his sneakers for the grand entrance; one of the staff members, who was driving a golf cart, kindly offered to go pick them up for him. That kind of support went a long way! Overall, CRC Ranch exceeded our expectations. Everyone involved made our day smoother, more fun, and everything we dreamed of. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue!

We couldn’t ask for a better venue. Tracey and her crew that helps out on all the weddings were remarkable. The whole day an including the planning process left me speechless, and in a good way. So easy to figure out all the details and my visions came to life in real time. The day of went smoothly and without any hiccups. They provided a perfect rehearsal and made sure everything that needed to be covered was covered. Having the option for the beer burrow and miniature ponies was just an icing on top of our day. We truly appreciate everything that was gone for us and was an absolutely amazing day, that I will never forget. Thank you CRC and thank you Tracey and your team!

We did the 60 min trail ride this past Saturday 02/28 for my birthday with tour guide David, it was our first time riding and it was amazing. He was fun and made it memorable, took great pictures and was informative of the ranch we learned a lot and honestly best ride ever! All the staff is super friendly and welcoming, made sure we were ok and comfortable all the time. 10/10 recommend

We enjoyed bringing our lusitanos to this venue for a Working Equitation event. While there were some hiccups during the event we found the facility to be quite accommodating and willing to work with us. While our lusitano horses are quite easy to get along with they seemed to think of this as a comfortable venue to both stay and compete at. We look forward to bringing our whole WoW family and Lusitanos back here again in the future. #ridethewrightway

We had such a positive and beautiful experience at CRC ranch for our daughter's wedding. CRC is rustic but classy and was the perfect venue. We especially loved all of the Airbnb's on property. This made it incredibly convenient for the entire bridal party and out of town guests. Tracey Schott is phenomenal in every way. She led us to incredible vendors such as our caterer, DJ, florist, photo booth and more. My daughter and her new husband were beyond thrilled with the magic of the day and I have to say it was more beautiful than I could have imagined!

We had my niece’s quinceañera at this ranch and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, the property was beautiful, well maintained, and truly set the tone for such a special celebration. The open space, scenery, and overall atmosphere made it feel both elegant and welcoming for our family and guests. I can’t begin to explain how much we loved it. We knew it was "the one" as soon as we arrived. The owners/staff were incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They were responsive, accommodating, and made sure everything ran smoothly, which gave us so much peace of mind on such an important day. The ranch had plenty of space for the dining, dancing, and decorations, and it photographed beautifully from every angle. Our guests could not stop complimenting the venue, and my niece’s quinceañera turned out even better than we imagined. We are so grateful to have celebrated such a milestone at this ranch and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stunning, well-run venue for a quinceañera or special event. Also, we decided to rent one of the Airbnbs on the property. It was so convenient to be on the property all weekend long. Our family enjoyed walking around and looking at all of the horses in the mornings and simply enjoying the grounds. CRC ranch is truly a gem and we can’t wait to go back.

We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding venue and especially Tracey, the venue wedding manager. From the very beginning, Tracey was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive, answering every question we had throughout a very stressful year of planning. She made us feel supported and reassured every step of the way. On our wedding day, even when the weather didn’t cooperate and it rained, Tracey and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that our day was still absolutely perfect. The food provided by the venue was absolutely amazing, something our guests are still talking about! My wife and I are foodie and it’s hard to come by truly great food that’s provided directly by a venue, but CRC absolutely delivered. Everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. We are so grateful for Tracey and her team for helping bring our vision to life and creating a day we will cherish forever. We would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for an exceptional experience.
