My girlfriend and I had the most incredible experience at Marshall Creek Ranch during the sunset trail ride. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable, and the horses were clearly well-cared for and beautifully trained. Riding through the trails as the sun set over the trees was absolutely breathtaking—peaceful, romantic, and unforgettable. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt confident along the way. This was hands down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had together. If you’re looking for a perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, and Texas beauty, Marshall Creek Ranch is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Marshall Creek Ranch last weekend! Our group of 8 went out for the evening sunset trail ride, and it was the perfect way to make great memories with friends. A huge shoutout to our guides, Summer and Ethan. They were fantastic—incredibly attentive, informative, and they really went above and beyond to make the ride fun for everyone in our group. Whether you are an experienced rider or a beginner, they make you feel right at home. Highly recommend this experience if you’re in the Dallas/ Ft Worth area!

Tour guides are very nice, but intermediate ride felt like a beginner ride. We trotted for a total of maybe 3 minutes? Booked intermediate so that I could eventually do the advanced since the website states this is required before taking the advanced trails. I am experienced with horses and was a trail guide myself so I wish this wasn’t the case, but still wanted to give the place a chance. Once the ride concluded, I asked one of the guides what the advanced ride would look like and she explained you’d need to call and book an observatory intermediate ride where one of the guides watches you ride to see if you’d be able to complete the advanced trails. I wish I knew this before my boyfriend booked so I wouldn’t have to do the intermediate again since it was very underwhelming.

I just wanted to share what an amazing time I had during my recent trip to Texas! I came all the way from out of state and spent a few days soaking in the local vibes, but the highlight had to be my day spent horse riding. It was honestly the perfect way to experience the beauty of the area. The experience was incredible, and I couldn’t have asked for better day spent. Most of the workers I met were kind and welcoming. A huge shoutout to Natasha (I believe that's how you spell her name) for being absolutely wonderful and an amazing lead throughout the day. Her enthusiasm and kindness made the ride even more special! And let's talk the horse—Shotgun! He was fantastic, and I couldn’t have asked for a better partner on the trail. Riding him was such a thrill, and he made the whole experience unforgettable. I can’t wait to come back and do it all over again!

INCREDIBLE & WONDERFUL RIDE AND EXPERIENCE! I just moved to the Dallas area (from Ohio) a month ago and called several horseback riding places. I spoke with SHANDRA and she was AWESOME answering all my questions and very WELCOMING. I haven’t been horseback riding for years and signed up for the "Beginners" group. SUMMER was Amazing leading our group ride! ETHAN, one of the ranches "Wranglers" rode with us and was so helpful throughout the ride. We rode through several creeks and by the Grapevine Lake! Truly so Fun! And ALL the photos with our horses! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARSHALL CREEK RANCH for your horseback riding experience of FUN. I made the trip down from Aubrey based on the high ratings and we were not disappointed! I wanted to surprise my wife with a trail ride for her birthday. For context, it's been years since we've ridden and we consider ourselves novice riders. My wife was able to choose her own horse and the staff handled all of the preparations for the ride. It was very easy for us to get set up and riding! Additionally we were split into several groups for the ride, giving us a much more private experience. The ride itself was through well maintained state property with pretty views of Lake Grapevine. Hats off to Marshall Creek Ranch for giving us a memorable experience!

My daughter booked this to celebrate her 24th birthday. The staff was WONDERFUL, Lee and I forgot the other ladies name, but they were both very pleasant and communicative with everyone in our group. It was Soooo much fun. Will definitely be going back
