Poplar Grove Equestrian Center

The horses are beautiful and well trained. My first visit there, I was there for 3 hours. In that time I saw 2 people get thrown off and one horse escape the arena due to trainer negligence. The stalls appear to not have the urine properly cleaned out regularly. This concerns me. They seem to be short staffed a lot though. Beautiful barn, and land. I was told they have trails, but we weren't allowed to use them.

I've been to poplar Grove a few times and to say the least the way she speaks to her workers I'm not surprised she doesn't have any. The stalls are not cleaned out because she can't keep workers, the owner is lazy, rude and I'm not quite sure how she has stayed open as long as she has.

Absolutely amazing experience! Horses were properly trained & maintained. Nice & friendly staff & instructors. Overall incredible experience & I am already planning my next visit back!

Well marked, open trails, beautiful scenery, and open stretches... it is recommended that your horses ate shoed
