Couret Farms

Beautiful development around the historic Couret Farm house. Circa 1832 Christmas holiday market Saturday after Thanksgiving.

Very racist. Pool of different families from different apartments. Asked all the black families for ids and pool passes to prove we lived here but didn't ask any of the white families for anything.

Neighbors are great and my house is nice... no problems there. The HOA and Southern Lifestyle Development appear to have lost interest in the Couret Farms Community! Residents are getting the "run around!" Nothing gets done.. very frustrating!!

This bank was formerly MidSouth and was purchased by Hancock Whitney appoximately October of 2019. HW consoditated 4 branches into one. Nightmare ever since it was taken over. The branch at Couret Farms does NOT answer the phone no matter when you call. The only way you can get in touch with a branch officer is to call the 800 number and tell them the branch is not answering. It has been the worst experience with banking I have ever had. Now I know what people mean when they say small banks are customer friendly. When you call the 800 number they cannot do certain things, you have to call the local branch. The local branch does not answer. Then when customer service calls on a Saturday they act like they have a second of free time to talk to you. What a joke.
