Sweetwater Farms is a beautiful private boarding stables for horses nestled in the vineyards. Great location, easy access off River Road, and trailer friendly. This special place is mainly filled by word of mouth and rarely has vacancies. Sweetwater feeds quality grass hay 3x’s a day and additionally will feed your own bagged supplements. Love that they turnout daily in BIG private pens. Meticulously maintained barns and grounds. Main arena, smaller square pen, and a big open field to ride in with a track & trail obstacles or take a nice trail ride down the long private road. I was lucky to have a friend tell me about an opening at Sweetwater Farms. We quickly secured a spot for our two western trail/ranch horses and they are living a 5 star life at this facility!

I've been at SWF for over 12 years. The facility is clean and friendly and the horses thrive there. Its a great place to board your horse.

When I retire I want to live at Sweetwater Farms!! I have boarded my horse here now for the past 4 or more years .Gwenne the owner is amazing!! She is on top of everything. The best care and quality of life for your horse!! We have a nice group of ladies as well as our amazing barn workers Tony and Julio. This is where you can have peace of mind!!

When the horse I take care of moved to Sweetwater Farms, you could see the change in him: he relaxed and settled right in. The staff are great and have the horses well-being first in mind. It is a great, safe and well maintained barn. Of all the barns I have rode at, it is one of the top in horse care.

Are you looking for a quite little place for your horse to call home? This is the place!!! Your horse will be well cared for 7 days a week… Fed 3 times a day quality orchard hay, supplements given, stalls cleaned daily, fly mask and fly sprayed down, fly sheet in the summer and blanketed in the winter. There’s a night check very night to make sure your horse is happy and secure. There’s not a single thing you would need to worry about when boarding here. Also, the other boarders are great to be around, no drama! 😊👍🏼🎉

I’ve been boarding my mare here for 12 years. It’s horse heaven—3 meals a day, large paddocks, great attention to detail. And the humans are nice to each other!
