The most beautiful ranch I have ever seen! And amazing spot for a date or friends. They even have the cutest ducks that walk around and swim. And you’ll ever spot some chickens that are cute. If you’ve always wanted to ride horses then this is your chance!

Initially we had set for an earlier date but due to bad weather we couldn't do the trail ride, owner was very nice and let us change the date to today. We had been wanting to go riding in celebration of my birthday, and this was a wonderful experience! Our trail guide Madison was great! Super attentive to all of us, she answered all of our questions and made the experience even better. Horses were absolutely gorgeous and very friendly. I'd say it was well worth $40, would definitely come here again!

This was an okay experience. Yes, just okay. Our reservation was for 4pm and we were instructed to arrive by 3:45. We did as we were told and I wish we did not. Our guide greeted us by shouting "hey, have you ever rode a horse before?" as we were literally still walking up to the building. How about let us finish walking up to you so we don’t have to shout and you greet us properly?? Then he introduced us to our horse and he was kind enough to assist us in the saddle. Unfortunately, we sat in that saddle in the Houston heat for about 20 minutes staring at the wall of some outhouse waiting for all of the late arrivals to sign waivers and get assigned a horse. Why isnt this done as a GROUP? The ride started a little after 4:20. The guide talked to us maybe 3 or 4 times during the entire hour ride. Two of those times were just him shouting from ahead "hey, are you guys liking the ride so far?". How about giving us something to like? Tell us a story or a joke or something, sheesh! After about 30 minutes of riding the horse in close to silence, I was bored and ready to go home. We only paid $40 so hey, you get what you pay for.

I absolutely love this place, great experience for anyone looking to ride a horse or learn how to do so. This is a beautiful ranch and a great place to visit with the family if your looking for a little adventure. Loveland Ranch offers riding lessons, barrel racing lessons, trail rides, picnic rides, and various other things like birthday parties. I wish I could give more than five stars.
