We love Chrane ranch sirloins!!! So juicy and full of flavor! We love to throw these on the grill and eat these either on its own or chop it up and make street tacos. Lovely family. We try to go to the farmer’s market every Saturday to stock up on beef for the week. The primal beef is great! We are thankful to have a local source of quality meats.

We found Chrane Ranch Beef at the farmer’s market in Abilene a couple 2 or 3 years ago. Started out getting ground beef and Chuck roasts, which are our main staples. It is by far the best beef we’ve ever eaten! I stopped buying beef at the grocers because it was always disappointing in comparison. You can definitely tell the difference. We finally got a freezer and invested in half a cow! Oh my word! We made the TBone steaks recently and they were exceptional! So delicious, tender and most flavorful! I’m beyond pleased with our decision! This beef is high quality deliciousness! This is a wonderful family, friendly, kind and quick with a smile and kind word! They have a sweet country store where you can pick out your beef, get some milk, garden fresh produce and flowers, coffee and a friendly chat! Always a treat! Top quality in every way! We buy literally all of our beef from Daphna at the ranch. Wonderful family. They are also at the Abilene Farmers Market on Saturday. You won't find any better beef around. We bought a side of beef recently and the quality was top notch.

Met the Chrane's at the local farmers market a couple months ago. We noticed that the meat we were buying from Walmart and HEB was looking, smelling, cooking, and tasting different so we decided to start buying from local ranchers who had a more organic process. The meat we purchased from the Chrane's was delicious. We've tried the ground beef, roasts, steaks, and jerky. They have a large variety of beef products as well as lamb. You will definitely notice the difference when you try their products. I would highly recommend anyone switching from big box processed meat to a natural more organic process to try the Chrane's Ranch Beef. You won't be disappointed, they are super nice, and local.

The best all natural beef I've ever had. Bones make incredible beef stock. Volleman's assorted dairy products, locally made cheese, fresh chicken eggs and whole chickens make Chrane an all you need stop for an excellent meal. Seasonal veggies, fresh herbs, preserves, bread, freeze dried candies. Ever had a freeze dried Jolly Rancher? You need to try one.
