COLTS

Usually are friendly and courteous, the drivers and when I call them... Lately, when I call Colts, you can never get through to a live person. Each time I needed to speak to them I was put through to a voicemail, stating to leave your name, # and reason for calling, and somebody will get back to you. Never once did this happen... On Tuesday I was waiting for the bus and he just zoomed past me! Myself and my daughter ran after it waving our arms and hollering and he just kept on going! I thought he was going to turn around and circle back, but no such luck! I immediately got on the phone to call Colts, and did as prompted... I never received a phone call back within the time stated! I called another time asking about information on something, got the voicemail but didn't get the return phone call! I'm not sure what's going on lately with the information department, but it sure has become very unprofessional! It sure has changed these past few months... C'mon Colts look into this voicemail option, it clearly does not respond back, and have your driver's slow down past business, and Dr's offices... I seen a driver zoom past an elderly woman with a cane! Some of these new drivers need to be aware of stops like these... I hope this changes....

I'm not from this area and, just moved here. The bus schedule is very confusing to me because the buses leave downtown one way and come back another way. They don't tell you that on the schedule. They also have places on the bus schedule but, the bus doesn't go there. I'd also feel safer as a woman if there was more lights on the bus. There isn't always bus stop signs to know where to get on the bus at. They could have night time bus service.

Many if the bicycles that are coming out now have '4 tires. To big to fit on any colts bus and was wondering as a suggestion. That the holder for the tire be widened so more people can enjoy the services colts provides for us all daily. Thank you for your consideration. If you look around. Many people are buying them. Hard working Staff, dependable local transportation ,a stable community service.. essential for success, residents and tourists. Public supply ,and demand, for transportation ; is ,crucial for the community to thrive, grow into a productive , stable, organized, place we all call Home.🇺🇲

Colts transportation has a Ride Share program. If you live in Lackawanna County PA you have seen the small silver vans. They provide a vital service to handicapped, senior citizens and anyone who can't drive. On two business days notice they will take you anywhere you need to go. Doctors appointment, food shopping, the Mall, YMCA etc... The people that schedule your trip are very nice 👍. They give you a pickup time and a return trip time. The vans are equipped with a motorized wheelchair lift. The drivers are extremely courteous and accommodating. They will carry your food bags to your front door for example. I would be lost without this service!

They need to hire drivers that don't think they are god. I have witnessed and experienced so much unprofessional and unpleasant behaviors that I have enough material for a book or stand up comedian. Drivers expect you to be ready at their convenience. They're supposed to wait for the passenger. They won't, not even 5 minutes. Corrupt county. Corrupt service.

Colts workers r very honest .a friend lost there wallet on the bus .so from the person who found it turned it In to the bus driver .the bus driver turned it in at the terminal. And the mechanic's at the garage turned it in to lost n found.upon picking up the wallet to my surprise all cards were intacked n mostly evert dime was accounted for.thats 4 or more hands the wallet went threw n everything was still there .my hat goes off to the workers at colts bus for all there honest employies.
