This man who was at the Chicago Jewelry show on Dec 14,2025 (who apparently is the owner/husband) needs a lesson in manners. He was very rude and insulting under his breathe. Would not even answer a simple question without an insult. Who he thinks he is - is beyond me!! We are all beneath this man. Would never give this man a dollar!

There was a misunderstanding about the product, as happens sometimes, but a good product. I was able to return it no problem and the owner issued the refund exactly as I asked. Would definitely do business with again.

They always have what I need and are very helpful. I suggest visiting their website first and jotting down the item numbers before your visit unless you plan to stay a while. They have lots of inventory.

Called in the morning said they would be open from 1030amto 5pm arrived at 245pm. They were closed. Called and they said they just left. Were not willing to come back for a customer.
