I made a splurgey Etsy purchase on Italian leather barefoot booties, that unfortunately only lasted two months of daily wear before the soles were chipped off the toes and heels, and peeling off down towards the middle of the shoe. I bought them in to Delmar Bootery and they were able to resole them in two weeks for $60. The new sole was matched similarly to the original barefoot sole, but better quality and more reliable now that they're Vibram. My shoes were even shined up for me. I'm so happy, the service was amazing, the customer service ladies were prompt and kind always, and I appreciate that they're open on Saturdays. Thank you Delmar Bootery!

Dropped off my LV bag and one ugg boot to get fixed on December 22. Was told when I dropped off they wouldn't be ready until the first full week of Jan due to holiday. Totally understood and left them with them. My LV bag was done on Jan 9. My one ugg boot is still there and hasn't been touched. When I went to pick up my LV bag on Monday the 12, a lady standing next to me was dropping off her granddaughters ugg boot that looked just like mine having the same patchwork done to it and was told hers would be done on Saturday the 17. BUT mine is still not done and has been there for almost 30 days. Usually the customer service is awesome. But the same girl I have spoken to just dismisses my question as to why it is taking so long and gives me well there was a holiday in there. YES, I am well aware that Christmas and New Years was 2.5 weeks ago. BUT there has been two full weeks after the holiday week and my boot is still not done and others that are bringing in their stuff now are getting done before mine. I am so disappointed. I have never had this issue before. Hopefully just a one off and hoping to get my boot before Spring.

NEVER AGAIN! Such a bad experience! They ruined my wife’s Italian leather handbag - a souvenir from Italy after surviving cancer but to salt the wound the blond woman is so arrogant, defensive there is zero accountability! Deceived by their arbitrary Alden ad in the back. Customers beware!

I've had these boots since 2010 and it took me so long to find a place to do maintenance on them. They look and feel just like the day I bought them!

The Thursday brand boots I wear in the winter had the soles coming apart. Delmar Bootery was able to repair them in about 3-4 weeks. The resole they did even keeps the original sole pattern. They also did some cleaning and shining on them I did not expect, and they look great! I like being able to repair these things rather than throwing them away.

Not sure what type or how much polish is used on shoes, but it appears it pretty cheap. Brought two pair of shoes here - one pair wasn't cleaned prior to polishing and the other looked just like they did when I dropped them off. I won't be coming back! The pic below is after I asked for "more polishing".

I brought in a new pair of Louboutins that were half a size too big, and Serena went above and beyond to find the inserts and cushions to add so I can now wear my beautiful heels without walking out of them! Highly recommend this business.
